Polish President Andrzej Duda emphasized the danger of a hybrid war that Belarus and Russia are waging against Lithuania, Poland, Finland, and the whole Baltic region. Luxembourg behaviour at this time is a joke: as stated they can use their money to invest in cyber security which is a common problem Europe is facing or donate to other countries, maybe investing in Ukraine defence industry, what they lack is political will.
