Ey up! Today we have a first look at Transport Fever 2: Console Edition! As you can tell I didn't quite understand the game at first but I have since been able to figure out the freight and passenger systems!
I will be streaming this game on Wednesday so I will give an update of the map then!
I think I'll give this game another shot. I remember spending a few hours in a game, and then feeling like I was going nowhere, or not doing as good as I could be doing...I think the key to this game is just patience, and go with it. YOLO. From what I remember, you can build up the industry by delivering goods without having to deliver the resources to a city. So you can go around the map and connect up resources to factories to make some money, then look into connecting factory to city, and so on...I remember learning how using boats to transport resources yields good money because boats can deliver a lot of resources, and the transportation costs are cheap.
Yeah it takes some time to get your head around. I did do a follow up live stream last week and you'll see that it took me about 4 hours to get my head around everything! Feel free to check that out as it may be helpful!

At the stone quarry you needed the truck stop not the truck unload stop, you can modify the station by clicking on it. If you when to cheats on the advance settings you can have unlimited money, vehicles never expire and sandbox mode (place town or delete them and same with industry's).
In line manager you can say to use other platforms/stops per station or stop and say what to loads or unloads (that if you what to micro manager it) and how long to wait (minimum and maximum wait time for a full load).
The flying Scots man and mallard are in the game aswell.
Awesome! I managed to figure out the freight…I realised about the unload stop! The trains are still a bit difficult and I’m just getting my head around the signals now! I didn’t realise you could get the Scotsman and Mallard! I’ll keep an eye out for those!
Hi richyrail, just a quick question.
Not entirely sure if you know because I kinda talk about it all the time on streams and stuff, but that I am upgrading to a PS5 from ps4 later on this year, and I need to ask an important question just for a second opinion
As everything I have on my ps4, will that transfer over to ps5? Do you need the digital or disc console to transfer ps4 - ps5?

From my experience, all of your digital games will transfer across no problem so things like TSW will be fine. You may find that some save data will be lost but you will NOT need to buy games again!
If you want to play your PS4 discs then you will need the disc console. The PS5 is backwards compatible so these discs will work. You may even find that some PS4 games you have on disc could have a digital PS5 version for free (if you’re signed into your PSN).
Just make sure, like I say, you’re signed into your PSN and you should be fine! When you do get a PS5 give me a shout on discord and i can help further!

It’s also good to note that if you have an external hard drive connected to your PS4, any saved data on there should work when you connect it to your PS5!

No it’s large (17 cities, 120+ industries)
