Yes i‘m suffering venous leaks all of my life. But there is nothing to help against this cause of ED. Always you read or listen from psychological problems or stress and so on. But nobody mentions venous leaks!
I have the soft head and hard shaft issue so the penetration is hard to do and have painful climax when my muscles do relax to be able to penetrate. Also I had a K/P transplant and was out on Cipro for almost 3-6 after the procedure. My sex life is 👎.
You're a wealth of information and knowledge Dr Buntrock. So there is a correlation between a prostectomy and a venous leak. Is a venous leak a common occurrence from having a partial nerve sparring radical prostectomy and how is it treated after 3+ years? Could my Trimix also act as a therapeutic to help reverse the venous leak? Does blood pressure medication play a role in this leakage? Andy ~

Hello Mr. Thompson, trimix might work, although I prefer alprostadil and lately also phentolamine/aviptadil. Have a nice Sunday evening!
