Drawing backgrounds just became insanely easy I love yall
This app is awesome, you are genius, I love you team, thank you so much, you are improving the art tools.
wow what an incredible program!
This Software is amazing! Its nothing short of revolutionary.
I love this ..... you so innovative and creative..... keep it up 👍👍👍💪💪💪
This is some serious awesomeness 🤯👌👌👌👏👏👏
Looks amazing. A costly monthly subscription is a tough sell though.
I'd say it's a deal-breaker!
Tbh I don't see much more than Manga Studio here, and throw in other cheap or free choices like Krita, Artrage, sketchbook and so on .
I really can't even see a reason why I'd even try this knowing there's a subscription waiting. That's why I stopped using Photoshop.
@@skobywankenobi Does Manga Studio let you do the rotating planes thing? I suck at perspective and it never occurred to me that there might be software like this. All I use is photoshop and I've barely touched the 3D side.
@@briankirkpatrick8888 Just use Blender if you wanna do 3D. Grease pencil is great for drawing in 3d
@@sayanbiswas7364 Thank you for the tip, I looked at a video and the grease pencil tool looks like exactly what I'm looking for.
I can’t wait to try this out on the iPad Pro :)
This may be the single most exciting video ever in my art world. Just about to get an ipad pro and this software will allow it to create some high magic!!!!
I really so proud to yu as woman that create such genius app for us... Really really appreciate ❤️❤️❤️
This is awesome!❤️👍
This is amazing ❤
Question about Animation: you said that I can make objects appear/disappear. But can objects also move fluently in the shot from A to B like the camera?
Love this tool so cool
Really glad got this in recommendation. Very innovative tool for storytelling. Definietely going to try this.
Brilliant! Loved the bush joke. 🤣🤣🤣
Hala to Sam. Came here for Sam and found this awesome software. Mind blowing.
Does it have the option to have animation for the individual canvases, in the layers, so as you navigate through your world of canvases with the camera you can also trigger 2D animations on the canvas?
Not yet, but it's a feature we're looking into down the road!
for that you have blender, the grease pencil tool let's you draw and animate on 3d
@@MentalCanvas 你好,請問如何將圖層羽化,漸變消失?曾看過有人使用,我嘗試了一個多月還是找不到,謝謝。
或者製作教學影片告訴我們,非常感謝😄
First thought: *THIS IS PHENOmenal...* ...hmmmmmm....
After realizing it's a *subscription model again: Sorry, forget it.* Our studio (12 creative workplaces) just switched to Affinity, so we are certainly NOT getting into any subscription BS again. We are buying our software.
This was fun.
Fantastic presentations and a great tool indeed!
I have just started learning the software on a trial version; I was wondering how to make the objects disappear while going from scene to scene; or is that feature available only in the Pro version?
Thanks for the feedback! Everyone is able to use the visibility features. Please refer to the in-app Help Video called "Using visibility tools to animate the Flythrough," (click the ? icon) or check out the CZcams video here: czcams.com/video/XdRieVMp-z4/video.html
@@MentalCanvas Thanks so much, that was very helpful!
this is sooo coool
amazing!!
IM SO HAPPY
Really nice software :-) I just discovered and I am trying on my Ipad. Is there tutorial where explains in details the interface? I know there are not many. Thank you
Hi Leila, there are 2 types of learning resources in the app: the tutorials are a follow-along format so you can learn with practice, and the help videos provide more detailed information about the interface and each tool. You can find the help videos in the ? button on the top menu. Let us know if this helps! Stay tuned as we will share more resources coming soon.
@@MentalCanvas Thank you :-) really amazing software.
Im looking for some thing like this app for decades
I love the way it works and has been explained , I feel that I can use my existing drawing to this platform and make it move around . my question would be do I need to know how to work with photoshop and similar programs to be able use your software or f I only can draw on paper I can use your program ?
Glad to hear that. You do not need to know Photoshop or any other specific programs to use Mental Canvas. In fact, many of our prolific users came from a pen & paper background!
Damn! Genius app!
Awesome friend,great sharing,best for u😃✌️.
It doesn't support finger drawing on iPad mini 5?
No, the Apple Pencil is necessary to be able to draw. This is a key part of the user experience because the software uses touch input to navigate in the space and pen input for drawing.
my pencil won't draw inside the program, its lue in paint mode but no lines showing on the canvas??
anybody?
Can we get this on Android 😭😭😭
Hello. I'm a new user of this app. but why can't I draw? instead slide .to the right, and to the left
Hi, what device and pen are you using?
Because you are not using a pen maybe. I've been there
I think blender 3D grease pencil can achieve the same effect and functionality for free
08:49 : can be use in windows? how?
i would have gladly payed to buy this program. i wont "rent" it tho. i dont see any reason why this needs to be subscription based
This is essentially a basic version of blender grease pencil with less features?
я хочу изучать эту программу!!! она только для планшета? у меня его еще нет (((
From where to download for iPad ...
You can find it on the app store on iPads: search for "Mental Canvas Draw"
I tried many ways but still can't draw, it's just turn left or right.😢
What device & pen are you using?
does it support finger drawing on windows? /0
No, a pen is necessary for use. This is a key part of the user experience because the software uses touch input to navigate in the space and pen input for drawing.
When doe this Software Come out?
Hi Terri, the software is available now for Windows devices and iPads. This is part of our early adopter program that includes training and support. If you would like to learn more, please schedule a demo here: mentalcanvas.com/contact/
@@MentalCanvas is this available for windows microsoft surface? Because ive tried to find the software to download it and i couldn't find it neither was it on the main app stores or online
@@spilledmilk2991 Hello, yes it's available on windows! You can find the software on the Microsoft store and the link is on our website: mentalcanvas.com/get-started
Can you import video clips? Audio?
I suppose even if you can’t import animation or audio you could add those later in post production in other software. Pretty cool :)
Right now, you can import images (jpeg or png) but not audio or animation. Yes, some users add those later in post production
Please put it in android
nice :)
Is it possible to use mental canvas to make a webtoon style comic.
Yes it is! Feel free to email us at support@mentalcanvas.com if you have questions about this
Great tool I will sadly never use because of the subscription
We encourage you to try out the free promotional version on the App Store & Windows Store
Can you guys make mental canvas on android?
how do you open this app👹👹👹👹👹👹
Seems impossible to use. Was hoping to learn. Subscription putting me off investing the time
There is a free promotional version available, we hope you give it a try
You guys don't have an eraser tool :/
There is an eraser on the toolbar on iOS. On Windows, the eraser is usually part of the stylus (either a button on the side or on the other end of the stylus like a pencil). If you do not have an eraser on your stylus, you can use the "E" key to toggle between drawing and erasing
ah neat stuff ! but yeah i will keep working with my adobe PS... $$$
Wat about the pins , wat pins do I need to draw if I already downloaded it
What device do you use?
Please make price reasonable,
Like Procreate, and make this wonderful software available as life time version, and new feature as upgrade at a different price.
Please i beg you..please sir
7:26 I guess you can hard wood every interior surface of your mansion if you charge $60 a month for an app.
i don't get the point of this though. Why use such expensive software, when you've got Blender grease pencil which comes alog with Blender's powerful 3D toolset to aid spatial design? Who is funding this nonsense?
I’m sorry I’m late mam
Sounds like 2d sketchup
why more people arnt taking advantage of this software is beyond me.
It's a subscription model payment. It's great software, but l'll pass. I'll stick with Blender and continue supporting it.
Tooo expensive and not finished product
