Absolutely blown away. That they retained the iconic spirit of this song without multi-tracked keyboards, orchestral tracks and three or four backing vocalists. Just PJ doing what they do. Jesus.
Probably the only singer who could outdo Waters and Gilmour and Eddie nails it. Vedder is truly gifted with the best voice in the history of rock and proves it here 😎

I mean, just look at that man while he pours himself into and through that instrument. It is a very special, and rare thing to witness. The energy in that venue was palpable, I can't imagine how cool it must have been to be there! Ah, only Pearl Jam can make me feel like that. The Jamily gets it. Eddies voice add such dimension to this song. Covers aren't often as good as the original but this was very well done. It was great seeing him do this with Roger Waters for Sandy Relief. If only David Gilmour could have been jamming on the guitar.

U ever watch David Gilmour play from Pink Floyd? He a lot better than Mike. Mikes decent but Gilmour plays that solo twice as well.
Mike played that solo with what he felt inside of him. It is not appropriate to compare it against Gilmore.
