Why We Haven’t Adopted Yet - The Broken System

It’s been a little while since I have talked about where we are in the adoption process so here is that update. I wish it was more of an update but maybe the information will help someone else in their journey as well.

You're very correct, such a broken system! Why do they make it so hard?! Bc its a cash cow!

I do get some of it, they have a responsibility to the children to make sure that they will be as safe and cared for as possible HOWEVER, we have jumped through not just every hoop required but some extras for good measure and it just isn’t good enough for some people.
