GOING OFF MY MEDS: THE CHALLENGES

This video is about the emotional and physical challenges I am experiencing in the process of going off medication.
Fun idea: Take a sip of water/soda/alcohol every time I say "challenge" and comment how many litres you end up drinking. I KNOW IT IS GOING TO BE A LOT BECAUSE YOUR GIRL USED THAT WORD A MILLION OF TIMES.

So WISE and RELATEABLE. Thank you for being so open and honest. Good for you for going off your meds. Unfortunately, Im not going off my meds, but I am soon to be a second time dog mom. Its the best. I would love to hear more about your journey, but from one dog mom to another, first the puppy!
