- We explore the beautiful greek island of Santorini. The island is bascially the crater from a huge volcano that exploded more than 3,000 years ago. Restaurants and cafes line the clifss overlooking the caldera. Its a fantastic sight. We spent a few night there and then took the ferry over to another of my favorite greek islands, Koufonisi.

Bobby I’ve been on the channel since about the 3rd or 4th video. I applaud your professionalism as always. Guys he said he took a break for like 6 weeks…it’s wasn’t like this was the next day. Steph is still a lot younger and has goals of her own. Clearly they had an agreement to part on good terms. I again applaud the videos but you don’t get ugly crew do you??😂👍🏻 Wowww🤪

Been to Santorini many times and I have to say, the most beautiful spot-on earth. Ella seems very nice, but I miss Steph. Bobby your videos are the best by far.

I'm loving these videos right now. Just starting to learn to sail for the sole purpose of sailing the Med. My wife is Greek and we have a home not far from Kalamata and the goal is to use that as a home base to explore the lesser known islands one day.
I am glad you are back to the boat. Apparently I am odd, but I liked more of the sailing videos. Still, you being a tour guide has been a lot of fun, too. Welcome again to the new crew member, you have a bit to learn.

Once a leper colony. Greek sufferers were sent to Santorini and isolated from Greece to help stop the disease from spreading. How lucky they were they used that island. One of the most beautiful places to visit in the Med. ✌🏻👍🏻🇬🇧
Santorini was not a leper colony. Probably you confused it with Spinaloga island (north of Crete ) , that was the leper colony.

I'm Canadian from the Toronto area. As a rule, I loath the sun and heat. I suspect that with the right clothes, a very wide brimmed hat, and a month or two to acclimatise, I will come around. I can look at ruins and art, but I will _always_ be thinking about food and bev. I can sit at a shaded bar listen to local music, and drink cold Greek beer and iced ouzo, literally all day and all night.

We were there at Santorini about 6 weeks ago, really fantastic and interesting place, - Love it! (go see Ireeni & hubby at the yummy Salt & Pepper restaurant).

This video was posted when we were on the same island! I don't know how much time in general is in between shooting the video, editing and uploading, but it would have been great fun to bump into each other. We have been following your channel for more than two years and it seems like we were just hours apart in the streets of Fira. We did visit Akrotiri the next day because of your video. Bobby: Didn't you see the movie _Summer_ _Lovers_ ? It was a 1980s movie about recently U.S. college graduated couple who visits Santorini for apparently the whole summer. Lots of fantastic photography and sort of chilling and memorable music. They meet a French gal and plot complexity ensues.
