I enjoy being alone, thinking and reflecting. I enjoy company as well, however I don’t require nor crave it. I don’t like attention though. My ex couldn’t be alone for a minute. She needed attention, validation, admiration and excitement constantly. She pegged me as boring, and not ambitious enough. I used to care what she thought of me. Not anymore
This is exactly my story.
We lived in a very secluded area. Closest neighbor 4 miles away bc he couldn’t be alone he would say he had to work an extra couple weeks off thinking he was hurting me. I would play the part , while thinking don’t dance yet or he won’t leave, knowing he was going to the girlfriends house. He would come bk 2 or 3 weeks later and scream at me “ There’s something wrong with you bc you like being alone!”
Over and over, fun times.

So much truth in this. My body reacted in the form of an auto immune disorder. Our bodies go through hell with these people. If we didn't die by suicide, our body slowly deteriorates itself. Thank God I was able to start processing 8 years of abuse and realize I will be okay. God has got me, and I am free. That discard was brutal but I made it to the place of peace 😊
So true, it's not about love at all. Not for them, it's about how much they can use you. I learned this the hard way. 12 years married to a monster.
My daughter just started dating a guy and she told me said to her “ I can see a lot of value in you.” I told her that’s straight up something a narc would say, he might as well said I see a lot of ways I can use you.

I totally feel this. Been separated for over two years and I finally have a guy friend, I think he felt the energy shift or my son who goes to the narcs every other weekend mentioned my friend. Well that caused the narc to speak to me so kindly all the sudden and even his sister (the flying monkey) complimented me on how good I look. Was with the narc for 9 years and she never said 1 kind thing. I definitely feel he is realizing what he had with me and now it’s like I’m better than the new supply in his eyes. Too bad for him, so sad, because God has confirmed my Kingdom spouse to me after years of solitude and being with Jesus. There’s no going back now

Once you figure the creatures out, you can smell them coming way before they arrive. You can't miss them! They are the ones always flying by the seat of their pants. They're the ones pulling into the gas stations doing 90 mph, and up on 2 wheels... They treat their vehicles like everything else 👉 crap...

@@ladyvirgo013 Yes... They collect things (objects). The Ex I was targeted by was the same way. His favorites were motorcycles and tractors. But, he always drove dangerously no matter what it was he was driving. He only knew one speed, and that was wide open. I'm surprised he hasn't wrecked and killed himself, or someone else.
😂😂😂 no one ever talks about how crazy they drive. I got maximum insurances on everything when I was with that demon. That should of been a red flag...his driving made me very uncomfortable. I did most of the driving but a ninja gets tired too.

Believe me when I say that I know now .... I can spot them coming a mile away. They are RECKLESS! It's only by the grace of God that I survived.

Nice I know that feeling of breaking free from the narc bc the stress they bring really stops u from achieving ur purpose in life I was tryin to get pregnant the entire relationship right after I broke it off my body was able to conceive a child I wonder why when I got away from him I was happy and now have a beautiful baby girl 👧

After my hobgoblin ex-fiance got dropped like a bag of dirt and no-contacted, "it" put "itself" out on the open market. And "its" celebrational new house, new garage, new spouse, and new friends were openly displayed and broadcast like a band leader out on the airways for all "its" enablers to proudly envy, and enjoy. But when the quick and inevitable crumble-ization came in divorce, and the house was lost, none of that even showed up on their billboard-big web-page.

What the REAL truth is, we THINK we lost someone we loved so much, actually, THEY LOST, they lost someone who truly, truly loved them and who they never deserved. They convince us by using the hot cold, push pull to confuse us that we loved them. We NEVER did. It was all a game to them. Mine got off on my despair. I truly believe he couldn't get it up for his dumpster pride he found unless he made me cry. He truly got sexually aroused by hurting me. Only way he could have set with the rotted tooth narcissist he loved. I was just his tool to make him be able to have sex with dumpster divers. Once God slammed the door on him. Fast forward 3 months and i started blocking sim after sim after sim 6 new numbers later and the pathetic attempts at hoovering i laughed that relationship fell to bits in under 12 months.

Thank you Dave! This hit me in the gut. I was so sick, and never gained weight like that! I never lost hair, I never was hyper vigilant! The rages and domestic abuse! The sexual neglect! One man child did this to me after promising to love and honor and take care of me.

The narc car was rusty and falling apart on the inside. I got very sick and he pulled up to a new station. It was a crazy train station. LOL I am Holt Renfrew and he pulled up into Walmart where everyone is wearing pajamas and crocks, then he dumped me into the trash bins in the back. I would hate to be like him, it sounds exhausting. He won't post it on social media because he's married and living a double life. I didn't know....until now. It's worse than a circus. It's more like IT. I thought it was a fairy tale, and he brought a horror flick. We were together 3.5 years.
I feel trapped.. I have good days and bad.. bad I can’t even work. Trying to break free..

One thing I learned dealing with a narc is things are not always what they appear to be. We were rescued from the narc, but the crooked narc will be suddenly destroyed if they fail to repent.
It’s been 9 months since I jumped out of the narc-mobile with duck poop 🦆💩 all over it. The last time we were together was in his car on a road trip to visit our child at college. I sensed something on that trip and remember he placed his hand on my shoulder, and I pulled away. I literally wanted to jump out of the car but couldn’t tell you why at the time, just felt the demonic spirit. Now I know.

It scares me how blind we are when you first meet these people and how they love love Mama's invisible cloak of their real behaviors hidden. Speaking of convenient stores….mine literally had an addiction to them. He spent more money at convenient stores than any person I have ever known! He stopped at multiple stores every day, and could easily spend over $600 a month at them. So weird and I’m so glad to be done with all his whacked out behaviors! 🤢. Funny that you mention convenient stores! Lol. That was a big issue with me, with him. 😂
Mine was a convenient store addict. He was looking for supply. That's one of the places he frequents to hook up with women. He believes the females at the cash register are his "objects."

He flirted with all women cashiers, gawked at shoppers, even followed them through stores. It was disgusting and disturbing. I got to where I’d become anxious just knowing we had to go grocery shopping or to Lowe’s, together, and eventually stopped going with him. Now, I don’t have to worry about it anymore because he’s not my problem anymore! The mental freedom is worth more than gold, to me!

Yeah you can always tell when the new supply's newness is wearing off, the narc starts talking and being nice again. Trying to re-hoover or they're trying to paint a picture with the new supply that you're stalking them trying to bait you and them in some sorta trangulation. They love to stir the pot. They are messy. Some of them get off on the attention of others figting over them. Don't fall for the okie doke. It's a trick! And will not end well for anybody. Stay outta mess between the narc and the new supply.

stores. I saw it, I wasn’t jealous. One event (a way for him to scope) was at Victoria Secret. I made my selections but HE had to take the items to the counter for checkout. He made me go outside & wait. I watched him lol. He was working it! Many incidents “like that” ..from the Narc Car. Such a farce..🎭

This explains their addiction to supply very well, it explains why every time i went away to visit my daughter for a few days, i realised he always cheated on me. If i went away without giving him notice hed be furious because hed have to rush around finding fuel last minute. I never understood it at first, as im fine going unexpectedly solo, in fact i enjoy my time to myself. These narcs seem to need others around them every hour of the day every day and night!! We didnt live together so id assume he was going home but he was going straight to someone elses house, even late at night!! And online most nights til 4am, 7 days a week! Always fuelling elsewhere in rotation. Yes they do have a timeclock set to remind them where they are due to go next. His visits were scheduled and time allocated!! Its a very strange disorder 😂

sometimes i feel like i narc too because i'm very lonely person , but this comes also from years of abuse too me. so i'm stuck abit. but if i get love i'm very happy very fast and feel well for very long.
I once tested the narc. The narc was trying really hard to engage in an ungly argument and I was not responding or reacting. And the narc was getting more and more verbally and emotionally vicious.
I predended to get upset and hurt.
That was it.
The narc was smiling and argument over.
My advice is if you can’t cut them completely off. Keep them as far away as possible and when ever they try to push your buttons DONT REACT back. They need drama, conflict , triangulation and to use you whenever they want as much as they need oxygen to breath.
Work on your inner life force.
Arm yourself with wisdom
Don’t take anything the narc says personally
It an energy exchange of your peace and goodness with their unhappiness and inner torment.

The one I broke free from made me very poorly. He would not let me end things, every time I tried he'd be back with him charm and humour then the abuse continued. He moved swiftly on to another single mum who he picked up at a funeral when he'd abandoned me for the day. I've heard she's now an alcoholic same as him. Very bad.

There is going to come a point when the narcissist views you better than the new supply. This is inevitable and we know this, but you will typically never know about this.
Specifically, hoovering you back causes the narcissist internal conflict and, should also present practical difficulties plus a rejection risk the fragile narcissist will want to avoid; it is often the case that the narcissist will just get new unsuspecting supply instead, unless you are really really easy to bring back into the frame.
Vaknin argues that Hoovering is mostly about intending to get revenge on you and restoring grandiosity if you have gone away. I agree with this. And this is why H.G. Tudor says "GOSO" (i.e., "stay away").
This has nothing to do with you. None of it does.
Just remember that you are dealing with human evil. How I account for this evil is neither through illness or religion (e.g., are you dealing with "not a very well person" or, being attacked by "the forces of darkness" controlled by Satan? For me, this is the wrong question: evil exists and we MUST Respond).
Change your tyres, change your phone number, change your geographical location, so that the narcissist cannot come back. Just know that owning closure is a logical matter that will change your life. Stop allowing your emotions to defeat you and stop wanting the hoover (the trauma bond lies to your brain - hence hold yourself accountable to logic).
Get some help if need be.
Never look back unless you are intending to head that way.

The convenience is like ' fast food' no real sustenance. You provided real sustenance. When they feed they crave your fuel bc it was hightest fuel, premium. Cut off the supply and all theyre left with is fast food. This show is my salvation...ty ty
My x had to constantly be getting attention and admiration from random women. Once he saw a women outside my home when he was coming to visit me her car had broken down well he totally forgot about me I tried to help her for like 2 hours and got mad bc I was looking out the door. He would sit at gas stations looking for women!! I caught him so many times and he didn’t know I was watching him. He started calling me old when in the beginning he acted like he liked older women come to find out he doesn’t. And his pattern is hovering me on payday weekends and holidays
This analogy makes me laugh . Ex narc was a otr truck driver and his new hood rat was right from the parking lot of loves truck stop ... happy trails to them ..
Mine was a 40 yrs old painter and his new supply was his 20 yrs old student whose got restricted student visa. He traded a surgeon with a student. Trash belongs to trash, cheater belongs to cheater

Almost my EXACT relationship for a decade. I saw nothing til 8.5 years. Treated me like gold. Did so much for me. Never asked for anything. I don’t believe he is full blown narc but some of the traits with the cheating; gas lighting; deflection, etc never flirted with anyone, never saw him look at other women. Always was so loving and caring attentive to my needs. Then my world crumbled when I got a call that he was cheating with someone for 8 months and it was someone he went to high school with twenty years earlier! He is much younger. Maybe the age thing started to hit him although he said it never mattered. He wouldn’t get carded at dinner but I would, so I’m guessing I don’t look my age.
I could never really figure it out and I put up with it for two years. Lying and hiding and running back to me begging me back after he would “fake break” with me to hang with the other, then beg me back on his hands and knees crying. He would change. He would stop. He would do anything on the world to have us back. He knows how much he effed up etc etc etc. he had a breakdown and admitted himself into a hospital for almost a week. It was such a crazy time in our lives and I went back every single time. I finally had to leave in September. It’s been very very hard for me and I still cry nearly every day. The trauma bond and all I was put through and wanting to believe his words. It’s the emptiness and heartache that is so hard to explain to anyone. People don’t understand how I could love him still. Is he a narc? Idk.
