How is the flow rate? That hose looks kind of small. Is there a way to drain it somehow for freeze protection, or should it just be carried inside?

So this one is 1/2" they also make 5/8ths but they don't have really long ones in stock right now in that size. I get plenty of volume but yea more in my 5/8th hoses.
As to draining you'd do it like any hose. Lay it on the ground and hand over and it till empty. If you want to take it inside you can disco the leader hose and pull one pin and have it off the bracket in under a minute.
