Warning: I don't know how to show up for myself. All my life i was shown that nobody wants me and that I'm useless. 23 years of no friends and always being used. 4 years drug addiction. My grandfathers lasts words to me were that I am nothing. I honestly don't know how to go on, I've tried and I've tried, but it's so hard when you're alone. I told my Mom about my SH and S attempts, 4 years of barely speaking to her followed. Now I'm sitting here crying listening to this mans words, i wish i had a father to teach me how to be a man and how to accept all this pain. But it's always been just me and it will always be just me. I hope that by continuing to listen and follow this account keeps helping as the past few videos have. Thank you.

Hey bro I know partially how it is I’ve been in a mental institution a few times for similar reasons but I’ve found my way out of it you need to stay strong for your future self and keep pushing until you find people who love you. You aren’t unlovable, you are definitely something, and I know you can turn your life around I didn’t know how I could keep going but I forced myself to and tried to help myself when nobody else would. You watching this video is already helping yourself and that is only the first step. Keep going step after step and you will find happiness god has a plan and a purpose for you. You will find it but you have to keep going to find it. I found mine very recently and live has gotten drastically better. I believe in u bro you just need to believe in yourself. Praying for your safety and for u to be happy.
Also the people in your family saying these terrible things to you are pushing there misery onto you please try your best to not internalize it I’ve dealt with some of that myself

This past year I’ve been able to overcome the fear of what other people think! I think that transformation can only happen internally and everything external is just a reflection of how you feel about yourself inside. Since I’ve been disciplined and working towards my goals I have gained confidence in myself and that feeling overcomes anything that someone could say or think about me!
