All I said is seeing that women have acquired an increased level of autonomy in their lives, they should exercise the same level of thought and consideration for future ramifications that men have to consider. They want to be equal to men with equal rights, then they should have equal responsibilities. That is it, that is all.

And telling a woman to just end your kid when you’re rich is the lowest of the low. My child was ended when I was an E-1 in the military 20 years ago and I was willing to raise my kid alone. I was earning $700 every 2 weeks back then. I’m not for the family court system, but I am for men finishing what they started

What I wouldn't have given for my ex husband to spend more time with our children, buy clothes, etc. Especially since I was the higher earner. However his MOTHER would interfere with our agreements also he was a terrible disciplinarian( I could work around this a little). As a result, because I had to take off work, find child care I had no choice but to take him to court.
After his Mom destroyed our marriage, she ran off about 4 of his girlfriends until he had enough. Now she sits in a nursing home after he put her there.

She’s definitely giving birth in the US and raising her child here. The 14 amendment makes the child an American citizen. She can apply for a green card. All she needs to do is make sure her visa doesn’t expire I order to get the green card. Her visa is good.
@@Jay_490 no way that can work. She’s here on a tourist Isa. Only way she’s staying is if she’s overstaying her visa and that could get her banned. Also if the child has citizenship she still needs someone to petition for her that’s not the child
@@monstercameron it can work and it has worked. If the child is an American and on American soil he will pay child support. As long as she complies to the length of her tourist visa she’s all good with PR. Lengths for tourist visas vary from 6months and longer. However if she doesn’t comply to the length of her visa she will not be eligible to ever get a permanent residency. But she will 100% give birth here if she keeps the child.
@@Jay_490 I strongly doubt, China is not listed among the countries that have ratified the Hague Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance. The use wont renew her visa. Also the U.S. Department of State has implemented guidelines to help consular officers determine if a visa applicant might be traveling to the U.S. for the primary purpose of giving birth. I doubt she will get her visa approve to give birth here and I doubt she can get child support being a chinese national

Its interesting how God shared out things between men and women. Men age slower, can have kids til they die so can take their time and have children when they please, and they have strength and can overpower women. Thy also are the ones who decide if marriage is going to happen. Women can CHOOSE whether a life makes it into the world. Even without abortion she still has the power of that decision. A new life needs her life to make it into the world. If she commits suicide that life is not coming into this world. And I guess this is why the 'womb' becomes a battleground. In the past in very patriarchal societies men owned the movement and freedom of women and so owned the womb (unless of course the woman commits suicide).

@@johnreadstoomuch6927it’s illegal in the state of florida. the two-party consent rule requires all involved parties to give legal consent before a private conversation may be recorded. It’s a 3d degree felony can land you in jail. However there are exceptions.
