The Promarks TM Series continuous style marinating vacuum tumblers utilize a vacuum system that allows vacuum to be drawn, vented and re-drawn all while the drum is in motion. This system and our PV-03 microprocessor control panel allows the TM Series to provide greater pick up due to the “sponge effect” caused by this system. Think of this system like your heart pumping the blood in and out like a messaging affect. This type of system has been the standard of the industry in Europe for many years because of its overall advantage compared to non-continuous vacuum systems. Another advantage to the PV-03 control system is the “set it and forget it” capability when your operation calls for multiple vacuum, vent and mixing cycles as the desired sequence can all be programed into the PV-03 then the machine is automatic after the cycle has begun. All this makes the TM Series the machines to have when you are ready to take your vacuum marinating operation to the next level.
Promarks TM300 continuous marinating vacuum tumbler utilizes an internal vacuum snorkel that allows the vacuum inside the drum to be pulled and vented while the machine is still in the mixing mode. This system allows for greater pick up due to the “sponge” effect thus giving your product more of the value-added flavor and juiciness you use a continuous marinating vacuum tumbler to achieve. With all stainless-steel construction and extended height, to allow buggies to be placed under them as well as their set it and forget it PV-03 control system these units are the most versatile Continuous marinating vacuum tumblers on the market today.

When is the marinade added? With the meat? Is the meat bathed in marinade and then dropped in the chamber?

sorry for the late reply. you add both the meat and the marinade at the same time. then turn the machine on at it does the rest.

@@landlykke You can use a vacuum tumbler for about any marinating process, as meat isn't the only thing that a vacuum process opens up for more pickup. In meat, this is an advantage, as you can get more marinade pickup in your meat when grilling, smoking or dehydrating. The important part of the uptake in meat is when you need to make shelf-stable meat, such as beef jerky. However, it will be a trial and error process for too little or too much pickup on pasta salad. I'm not sure I would go the vacuum tumbler route in that area. Personally, I prefer the old Italian way of doing it, as it is what tastes traditional and Italian people just don't want to change what their Nonna's did.
