      I have diabetes My eye hurt(dont feel like opening) and recently there's like random flashes and even if i shut my eye i still "see" bright lights.
      I dont have money to go for treatment, can you give a board advice on what I'm experiencing? Is it diabetes related or long screen time related? I don't see dark patches or tunneling vision. But i sometimes go blur.

    • @Haplo59
      @Haplo59 Před rokem

      @@RonLarhz Screen time doesn't lead to pathologies on adults.
      Go see an eye doctor, when you're diabetic you must check your retina at the ophtalmologist each year.
      The majority of serious pathologies doesn't do symptoms in first phases, that's why you should go check your eyes regularly even without symptoms.
      If just doing that is too expensive, you seriously should consider moving to a decent country, where basic health isn't a matter of wealth.

    Really good, easy to understand and still accurate keep up the good work. I think it is important for diabetics to know that even if they don't "see" the problem it can happen. They need a eye exam every year to be sure everything is okay before it's too late. Understanding the mechanism is the first step to treatment compliance !

    I went to the retina doctor for my left eye. after 3 treatments of injections, no good result and no improvement. The retina doctor just gave up and stop treating me. Does it mean my right eye also rejects those injections like my left eye? I am taking diabetes medications and all kinds of vitamins for diabetic. Any suggestion? I have on my right eye now a non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy???
