I always think it’s a habit cause I would always pull out my hair from I was a little child which made me had to cut my hair all the time it would always leave my head patchy especially the middle of my head it was hard for me to stop but eventually I stop eating it …I would pull it out now and then but I try so hard to not eat it I haven’t eat my hair in like 2 years 😀idk I never thought anyone would do this I thought it was me alone 😭

Sometimes one of my legs or an arm feels like it's not mine. I DO NOT WANT A DAMNED AMPUTATION! The feeling normally doesn't last too long, but I can't sleep when a limb feels like this. If I'm in bed, trying to sleep, I HAVE to get up, make myself a cup of coffee and take a pain tablet even though I am not in pain as such. It's just that the limb feels wierd. I suffer from major back pain, and walk with a cane. I can't stand for too long. Sometimes a nerve pinches, randomly effecting a leg temporarily, making loose support in that leg. Most of the time I catch myself or hold onto a wall for support. I do not know if my back problems are related to my temporary borrowed leg syndrome. Since my back pain seems confined to my lower back, I can't see how that might affect my arms occasionally. Because of this recurring problem, my sleep patterns are irregular. Luckily I am unemployed or my work would suffer! I don't know if this is a psychological or physical malady. I take as few painkillers as possible, fearing addiction, so don't think I'm a pill popping drug fiend, in fact I've learned to live with the near constant low intensity back pains. Maybe I have BIID on a budget? (Yes, my sense if humour is still intact, as laughing is better than crying.)

There was a particular way in which i used to look at mirror earlier by raising my eyebrows and applying force on jaw but now when i look at mirror without doing these things i think i look ugly, when i go out in public automatically i start applying force on my brows and jaw, which pains my face

Have this now. Been to the er twice and urgent care once for pain. It is no joke. Im so mad. I don’t vape or smoke so i dont pass e-cigs or vapes around. I am surrounded by people who do, the also are generally around people more and more sexually active and yet somehow i got mono. Like wtf bro? Lol. Life is dumb but I’m finally getting better. Throat pain /is/ the worst symptom. I found salt water to hurt more and cold packs on the neck after tylenol/ibuprofen helped. Also just push through and drink. Set a timer once every thirty minutes to take a sip. It sucks but you’re likely spitting up a lot of spit and you can get dehydrated quick. If it’s too much don’t feel embarrassed to go to the er for something like morphine. I had to twice and it was the only way i was able to drink and eat again. Btw im not shaming my more sexually active friends or really care that they smoke. Its just odd that though they should be higher risk i still got it somehow and not them lol.
