Love the videos, I have a 19’ RMZ250 with a full RS-12 as well. Look forward to seeing what else you test!

I removed the cage gauze from both my 17 rmz 250, and my 18 rmz 450. Both felt improved. And added a factory GET ignition to my rmz 250 and this made a lot of difference.

Thanks for the info! Going to a sand track tomorrow I'll take my air filter out now that I know it makes more power!!

    • @HPRaceDevelopment

      Be sure to do that
the point should be obvious - air filter or gains chasing power from the air filter arent substantial

i'm curious the difference between the cage with screen VS cage with no screen (high flow systems).

Nice job, im like to see difference in the efi couplers, white stock and grey.
im ride 2013 rmz 250. some head work im did around the valve seats by removing the sharp edge bleding it smooth white the bowl.
also yosi cams and full rs4 tita ex.
fututure im go do dyno ecu remap.

Bernard van der veen Blending wont help but wont hurt. Lean coupler looses power and trades it for rpm response. It also advances timing. rich coupler reduces timing plus 3 percent richer. looses a tad power from stock on stock pipe.

Personally I get a big performance difference on my 125 road bike it took my bike from topping out at 65 to 75 consistently

@@HPRaceDevelopment at this point I might delete the air box and go to pods

I don't know what bike you have - a well designed airboot/box and filter provide next to no restriction and help contribute to an overall improved resonant system. If you go to pods the length of the intake tract is altered and it changes a lot@@joshuasalisbury789

Hey man, I’m trying to turn my 98 cr250r into the baddest bike it can be. So far I’ve bored it out 2mm, and done some minor port work to adjust for the larger piston. The crank is being rebuilt and balanced by crank works at the moment. I know you sell the STIC and offer a circuit modification for the kehin. Do you have a video comparing the stock kehin to a STIC kehin and perhaps a STIC kehin with the circuit modifications? If not I would love to see one.

Best bet is to find a dyno local to you and start testing and tuning...only way you will be able to get the bike where you want it...

Be better improvement if it was carb, and airbox delete.
