How detrimental to everyday living in Panorama or The Martin will the Dropicana construction be for the next two years or so?
It’s actually not that bad, I drive in this area often and haven’t noticed a dramatic change.

You have to be on huge crack to buy a condo at the same price as a house AND THEN PAY $1000 plus PER MONTH on HOA
You can’t put a price on the service level in some of these buildings
HOA covers water, pool, building insurance, and other amenities. So you have to figure what all that is going to cost in a home. Las Vegas does have high HOAs but how much does it cost to have a home with a pool. That unit is too personalized though.
