Why are all the maps the same? We need more close quarters maps, snow, and trenches.
I love close quarters, that's where I get all my kills. I play operations alot.

people keep complaining about black French soldiers but didn't take sometimes to learn history. Back in the WW1, the French had many colonies in Africa and South East Asia and they used people from those countries to fight for them. They even had a corp full of Asian that fought for them to minimize the lost from their main army. The UK did the same so it is very normal to see a black soldier in French and UK army

Japan did fight briefly in 1914 against German Pacific territories the most notable being the siege of Tsingtao. For the rest of the war, several Imperial ships were sent to the Mediterran front to escort allied ships from Austro-Hungary ships.
Is it just me or are the dlc maps really similar to the base maps
BFEpic well that was just one map. we haven't seen the others yet. it is a bit the same in terms of building layout. but in gameplay it seems more hectic

Looks interesting but really bummed out they didn't make an entire map based on trench warfare I know they've added more trench action in one of the maps but I just want a medium/large sized map with just trenches and a massive no man lands resemblance from St.Quintans Scar with tanks, Calvary and planes only, would be amazing to play, it's what everyone is waiting for comon DICE!

Yeah, I'm hoping for the same. I would like to see a map that is somewhat like the game Verdun's maps, where it is two opposite lines of trenches divided by no mans land. Now THAT would be fun.

So don't expect the maps to be too different until we get the Russian dlc.

Lawgamer411 considering the dlc comes out in 2 weeks tops. The map is done. Only thing they can change is spawn and capture points. This dlc is lackluster and looks like leftover maps that shouldve been free
4 new maps, 2 new operations, a new elite class, and a lot of new weapons. Compared to how Battlefront's DLC's were, this isn't lackluster at all. Of course let's not forget about the new tank and behemoth.

This is the battle of Verdun, which was one of the key battles during WW1.
Now what I want to see is an operations battle with the french. that would make the dlc way worth it.

I think bf1 and bf4 are equals with pros and cons. Bf4 had way more weapons and customisation, bf1 has better map design, but then I just remember obliteration in bf4. It may take a while but bf1 can easily become what bf4 was and it's got the sales figures to make that happen as well.

if you want many maps to play on and a nice progressive weapon unlock system, 4 kilometre headshots, along with those epic jet-eject-rpg-multikill only in battlefield moments, buy bf4
if you want 3 different maps to play on, cutted and reassembled a few times so they can create even more maps out of the same 3 maps they started with,
with 3 usable different weapons per class and a few sidearms, AND WAY BETTER GRAPHICS, play bf1

If you can stand on top of the tank and still aiming and shooting that is amazing. I really want to see battleships again in Battlefield where you can move on the ship's deck and you can use boats and guns.

Tobias Retta I believe it's for realism. if you get the headshot with a sniper they're obviously going to die instantly but if you just aim for the body it's gonna take more than one bullet to kill someone

zenzrd No man exactly the opposite. If you get hit by a sniper-bullet no matter where, even in the freakin foot, you won't stamd up and fight anymore. Those things destroy your body.
The high ttk is sth I like because it makes gunfights more interesting. It's about who shoots bether and not about who shoots first. Also, if you wanna one-shot someone go for the head. Everything else is just cheasy
