Bruh he was a zone corner, respectable and probably the best zone corner to play the game in the modern NFL, but being a zone corner basically eliminates you from the best DB conversation cause cause you always take a guy he can shut down a player.

Sherman is the greatest zone corner of all time, but compare him to Deon Revis or Ramsey, he just can’t compete because he played almost exclusively zone. I know he played during a time when the Bears had great defenses, but I have always felt he was very overrated. This video shows what I am talking about.
