All jokes aside about the nightmare fuel of this game, growing up in a country NOT the USA or any of the other countries with Disney parks in them, this was my only way to “go to Disney world” and as a young kid I LOVED it🤣
As an adult who lives near Disneyland, I loved it too. It's such a wonderfully-detailed recreation (except Tom Sawyer's Island. Don't look at Tom Sawyer's Island). And now it's an amazing time capsule of the park before they started bulldozing it with abandon.
Honestly I don't think I ever knew what I was doing but I played it a few times at a local restaurant in the kids area and had fun... that was until they removed it after another company bought the place and wanted it to be more adult orientated
I loved this game too it was awesome
This was one of those games that we always had sealed, think I saw my little brother play it once for about 5 seconds, and then I found it recently and sold it for like $5

@@jacobellinger8027 he didn't start doing it for the money though,, it was a hobby at first and he appreciates that we made it possible for him to do what he loves as a job :) and no, I'm not saying money doesn't motivate people but lets not put others down just for appreciating someone they look up to.

I would have *loved* this game as a kid. I loved it as an adult. It does a great job at conveying the park atmosphere.

The kinect is incredibly hard to control but it makes for the best moments lol
You really do have to stand up to use it though, if you're sitting down it's gonna get super confused, plus it fsr works better if you hold out your hands like you're giving a high five
This specific Kinect game honestly just had really bad controls I remember getting extremely frustrated trying to play it and eventually just gave up all together and never picked it up again

Unpopular opinion, but I freakin’ love this game. The lousy, half-baked minigames are a total wash, but the free-roam bits are lovely.
I loved the minigames so much but I tried playing them recently and felt misery xD
This game may suck (and watching you play it is fun though) but it is really remarkable how the game captures ~2010 Disneyland in detail

Tbh I think it would. The Over The Hedge game had me wanting to go to the amusement park despite questionable graphics and little to no cohesive design over it. There's so many games I want to replay now that I'm soon graduating in design just to see why they were so amusing to me

The funny thing is, you can't help but run into them in the game, but in the parks it can be difficult to find them even when hunting for them.

You need to play "Walt Disney World Quest: Magical Racing Tour" for the original PlayStation. It's like off brand Mario kart and somehow Disney didn't have the rights to their own characters in it so you have to play as weird fake ones. It's iconic.

Was once hit by both a fedx and ups truck. Both times the drivers were checking out real pretty girls on bicycles and just went without looking at me.
