സാധാരണ ഒരു വിശ്വാസി അനുസരണക്കേട് നടത്തിയാൽ നമുക്ക് മനസിലാക്കാം. പക്ഷേ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ പ്രത്യേകമായ വിളി ലഭിച്ചു എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു 10-15 വർഷം സഭയുടെ ചെലവിൽ പഠിച്ച്, നമ്മുടെ സേവകരാണെന്ന് ഏറ്റുപറഞ്ഞു നമ്മുടെ ദേവാലയങ്ങളിൽ നമ്മുടെ ചെലവിൽ ജീവിക്കുന്നവർ അനുസരണക്കേട്, അതും സർക്കാറിനോടല്ല, സ്വന്തം സഭയുടെ മേലധികാരികളോട്, അനുസരണക്കേട് കാണിച്ചാൽ, അത് മാപ്പ് അർഹിക്കിന്നതല്ല 👌🙏

Summa Theologica by St. Thomas Aquinas clearly lays down the framework of obedience. The order to be obeyed has to meet : (1) it should not contradict law of God . Simply put, if at any point within the hierarchy an order is given that requires the subject to sin, the order is to be disregarded. This sinful order can be structured in two ways. Either the nature of the thing commanded is sinful or the command is to disobey a legitimate order. : (2) The order provided by the superior must be within the "sphere of his authority". Prof KM Francis' talk is surrounding 'conscience' and 'liberalism' which are not relevant factors wrt Ekm-Angamaly major archdioce. Instead, the decisions of the Synod under the disguise of unanimous decision while those were objected by many Bishops need to be analysed to see any violation of Canon Law has occurred which need not be obeyed as per St. Thomas Aquinas .

അധികാരവും അനുസരണയും ഒക്കെ പഴയനിയമകാലത്ത്. പുതിയ നിയമ പാലത്ത് യേശു ഒന്നേ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ളൂ അപരനെ സ്നേഹിക്കുക. പരസ്പര സ്നേഹത്തിൽ അധിഷ്ഠിതമാണ് ക്രൈസ്തവ വ്യക്തിബന്ധങ്ങൾ. അല്ലാതെ അധികാരിയും അനുസരിക്കുന്നവൻ തമ്മിലുള്ള ബന്ധമല്ല.

ഇവിടെ എറണാകുളംകാർ ഒന്ന് മാത്രമേ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടുള്ളൂ. 99 ശതമാനം കത്തോലിക്കരും ചെല്ലുന്നതു പോലെ ജനാഭിമുഖ കുർബാന ചൊല്ലാൻ അനുവദിക്കണം. തല പോകുന്ന കാര്യമൊന്നുമല്ല അവർ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടത്. 1999 ഇതേ പ്രശ്നം ഉണ്ടായപ്പോൾ അന്നത്തെ പക്വതയുള്ള പിതാക്കന്മാർ ലളിതമായി പ്രശ്നം പരിഹരിച്ചു. ഇഷ്ടമുള്ള പോലെ ഓരോ രൂപതകളും ചെയ്യട്ടെ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു.
22 വർഷത്തിനുശേഷം ഒരിക്കൽ പരിഹരിക്കപ്പെട്ടു പ്രശ്നം വീണ്ടും കുത്തിപ്പൊക്കി. ഇപ്രാവശ്യം കൽദായ വൽക്കരണം തലയ്ക്കു പിടിച്ച ചങ്ങനാശ്ശേരി ബിഷപ്പുമാർക്ക് ഈ ലളിതമായ കാര്യം അനുവദിക്കാൻ അവരുടെ അഹങ്കാരം അനുവദിച്ചില്ല. ഭൂരിപക്ഷം അവരുടെ ഭാഗത്താണെല്ലോ. ഇതാണ് നടന്നത്. അതിന് വെറുതെ ഇല്ലാത്ത ഫിലോസഫി പറഞ്ഞു മറയിടാൻ നോക്കിയിട്ട് കാര്യമില്ല.
കൂടാതെ താങ്കളുടെ ആരാധ്യനായ മെത്രാൻ ആൻഡ്രൂസ് താഴത്ത് കളിച്ച തറ കളികൾ ഇവിടെ വിവരിക്കാൻ കൊള്ളില്ല. അദ്ദേഹം ഇല്ലായിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ പ്രശ്നം പണ്ടേ തീർന്നേനെ. ഇത് മറ്റ് മെത്രാൻമാർ തന്നെ പറഞ്ഞ കാര്യമാണ്.

Other Archdiocese at later times. In 1999 synodal paper clearly stated that no further discussion for rubrics as it was discussed long time 1986 to1999. Even the the archbishop of EKM Archdiocese signed order to implement in EKM Archdiocese also on 30 th may 2000. But great EKM Archdiocese priests threatened him and forced to withdraw the order in 30 th june 2000. This information you can have from fr. Any Church which enforces "obedience" IS NOT CHRISTIAN. Christianity is based on "equality" as all are children of God. The Hierarchical Structure Jesus envisaged, if any, is that if anyone who considers himself above others, he should ,"serve" them. This is the basic law Jesus taught. This is exemplified in the Last Supper, by washing the feet of those present, (and not their "hands" leading to a sumptuous feast) as the occasion was the institution of the Apostolic Church, the only agenda there. That is why only Jesus' 12 Apostles were present and even His mother was conspicuously absent. Canonical Gospel of Mathew, Chapter 23, in this context, is very crucial/unique. Versus 8-11 reflect the quintessence of Christianity. The Roman Hierarchical Structure is an abomination to Christianity. The whole chapter is a tirade against Priests/Clergy. Every Church that follows the Roman Hierarchical Structure is anti-christian and hence anti-Christ. As per, John, Ch. 10, the Roman Catholic Church is the "thief and robber", which kidnapped the Apostolic Church, usurped its authority and swallowed Christianity (Mt. 13:24-30&36-43), which is Necessary Evil that should last till the Day of the Final Harvest; the Evil Tree, whose fruits are all evil fruits, including the 'sacramental fruits'. In short, the "Holy" Roman Catholic AND 'Apostolic' Church is per se Evil, and is BY, OF and FOR Satan, as its history (origin and deeds) reveal.

What is Catholicism is not clearly identified, but can be safely assumed as the Roman Pagan Religion, established by the Roman emperor, Constantine the Great, in the 4th century, as a thanksgiving gift to Satan, for favours received in enlarging his empire. At that point of time there was in vogue a Movement called Christianity/Apostolic Church. It is safe to conclude that RCC, with its emperial power, kidnapped the Apostolic Church and enslaved its members perforce and became the crusader of Christianity. By the 5th century Apostolic Church vanished and the conqueror throned himself the Custodian of Christianity and assumed a new form - Catholic-Christians, a paradox, a combination of two contradictions. Christianity is governed by the teachings and mandates of Jesus Christ, embodied in the Good News/Gospels/the ONLY WORD OF GOD (John, 3:31-36); whereas Catholicism is governed by the Canon Law, based on Roman Pagan Law. Invariably Canon Law, a mutable law, limited by space and time, is designed/devised to oppose and contradict all teachings and mandates of Jesus Christ and defy all Gospel Truths. Catholic-Christianity is an absurdity. One cannot complement the other. Catholicism is the destroyer of Christianity, as revealed by the teachings and parables of Jesus Christ, lihe the Good Shepherd V/s thief/Rober (John, Ch. 10); Parable of the Weeds, Mathew, 13:24-30-36-43); etc. RCC is per se Evil and is BY, OF and FOR Satan. The law of "conscience" is out of place and inapplicable. The law of Jesus alone is applicable and binding on Christians. RCC/Catholicism has absolutely no "legitimate" role in Christianity. It is an invader and aggressor.
