  • High Protein Dosa Recipe - Non fermentation, No soda, No rice Breakfast Recipe | Healthy Breakfast Idea
    Ingredients
    1/4 cup - Chcikpea(Garbanzo beans)
    1/4 cup - Blackgram(Urad)
    1/4 cup - Masoor whole
    1/4 cup - Green gram(moong)
    1/4 cup - Black eyed peas
    1/4 cup - Horse gram (kulthi)
    1/4 cup - Ragi(Finger millet)
    (Choose your own beans, peas, lentils and grains as per the availability)
    1tsp - methi seeds/fenugreek seeds
    3/4 cup Lauki(Bottle gourd), chopped
    1 inch - Ginger , chopped
    2 - Green chilli
    1 sprig - curry leaves
    1 tsp - jeera/cumin seeds
    Salt to taste
    Water - 2 cup for grinding or as needed
    Oil/ghee for roasting
    Toppings: Chopped Onion, Grated Carrot and Coriander Leaves
    Note: Add your choice of toppings

    Nice,we can fine tune this recipe by letting the ingredients to sproutand then grind.Else ,these many wholedals can csuse severe acidity.
