I wish all of you were like Fon Gorji Dinka. He spoke the truth and was sent to exile by larepublique du cameroun. He is still striking not given up yet. What a powerful minded machine the southern cameroon got. He was not a poppet and he is the only living soul who could explain with transparency what you are struggling to say or hide about southern cameroon. May your gentle soul rest in peace.

when I was young I went to the Bamenda municipal stadium and saw Muna and Foncha holding their hands from the UN with the UN flag and told the population that this land is still under the British and the UN before their death some few months later .we will come to apply the truth.

Pauvre cameroun. Et dire que les francophones camerounais ne connaissent même pas leur histoire. Ils ne savent faire autre chose que d'insulter les anglophones. Triste.

it's really pathetic. how funny to hear u mention a laundry list of violations of d terms of d Federation by Ahidjo and reducing u to a helpless puppet and yet u and ur government did nothing to stem d tide of Ahidjo's surreptitious plan..u played into d hands of the oppressor, locked urself in d prison of annexation and handed over d key to the oppressor...stop playing d victim card..u should have done something or at least do something now. u are to blame for our current situation..

Bechem Bayong , I cannot differ from the truth in your comment. He spearheaded the unification, saw the violation of the terms of the agreement and was reluctant to do anything. It's really cowardly to hear him enumerate all barriers he encountered from Ahidjou and yet did absolutely nothing about it.

Instead of just wrongfully bashing this gentlemen why not recognize his honesty.Apparently other anglophones who were vying for his post made things very difficult for him.I am glad he gave a vivid picture of what French Cameroon is doing to us and that for me is the sensitization we need to carry on with this fight.

      Gallas2000,
It's true that no amount of lamenting and blaming on our part can remedy the unfortunate situation in the anglophone zone today. However, the reflection of Foncha in this video sadly is a whipping boy- living at the mercy of an oppressor in a young federal state with no courage to voice your disatisfaction about the violations against the agreement. A " fresh wound" is easier to manage than an infected wound. The current reality in anglophone Cameroon can be described as an infected wound. Alright, let's accept the wound is already infected and rather than lament we should strategize a way forward. But even if Foncha is taking a diagnostic position in this interview, I would like to hear some heroic acceptance of responsibility about the mess we have today given that he was a major leader of the region. I am sorry, Foncha's blaming attitude in this video portrays an image of very weak leadership with no vision for the people. A leadership that didn't set any objectives for the unity with la republic otherwise, the initial violations should have resulted in a loud outcry.
