No sé que es la mantequilla de galletas, donde la venden en España?
En carrefour la compré yo, la marca es Biscoff Lotus, crema de untar de galleta. También la puedes conseguir en Amazon. Hay dos tipos, una con trozos (crunchy) y otra sin, yo usé la sin trozos.

I’d say freeze the cheesecake without the topping. Once you get to your mother’s house then yes put them. Hope it helps.

What is cookie butter ? Can I sub out for somthing if I can't find? Super content !
It's a spread with similar consistency as peanut butter, but it's made of speculoos (spiced) cookies. I used Biscoff Lotus brand, not the crunchy one. Depending where you live, you could find other brand or find this one on Amazon.
