When I saw the vid it seemed soo easy that I thought it's something skipped about how you do it or something but I literally just installed the script pressed ctrl+y and it worked. I still can't believe it😅
Thats exactly why i made the script! Only issue is that it’s not as advanced as other versions, but nice if you just want to try walls.
Everytime time i set up a wall and choose an instance theres this graphics bug where there is an invisible blurry line at the top of my screen. i dont know how to really describe it. I have a 6700 XT as my graphics card and I dont know how to fix this

sorry for dumb question, but can i reset the worlds one by one without entering in it? According to my current situation now i can reset one world if i clicking or entering in the instance.
But only with hovering, doesn't work the reset key for me. (very cool wall btw)

U can just click f6 to reset it is also super annoying too bc it is next to f5 we should need to click f5 to be on 3rd person

I noticed with this wall when I am done loading the wall anything loaded goes to a blueish screen that is blur'd and u can't see the world or what's in it on that said minecraft client whatsoever. It does it with all my 16 walls, Same with 12 or 10 walls. On streamers walls I see that its always visible even after loading where this wall only shows what's on the screen while its loading. Once fully loaded you gotta remember what was in said world in what box, Kind of annoying tbh.
I think your just running to many instances running less is what helped me with that problem

Is the wall supposed to reset for you or do you manually have to resent every single wall? Also, the instances are uneven.
Change the spacing number if there is space between tiles. Timed Auto resetting isn't supported yet, give feedback if that's something you want!
in your video it looks like the other instances are paused with the esc menu when playing on another instance.
that doesnt seem to work for me. any way i can fix that?

This script uses AutoHotKey which only works for Windows 🥲
how do you record it? like a cant record the wall itself i can only record a single instance. anyone know why and how?
Try using obs and record screen
@@jesperhustad i use obs i just wanna know how to record it like u did because when i record it only records one of the instances (when i select an instance it puts me on full screen)
@@radioactive6400 hmmm. Yeah you are correct. You can change Minecraft fullscreen key to F10. That way you won’t go fullscreen. You can potentially edit the script to not go full screen. Or maybe there is an obs setting to capture fullscreen and desktop

Is there a version of this macro that lets you lock instances so that you can reset more worlds while that one is loading?
Feature isn’t really implemented. But a method around is to select and return (ctrl+e then ctrl+y). When you leave a world it resets that world.

when i select a world the other worlds stay open unpaused and i hear theother games while playing, how can i work around this without manually pausing all of them

@@jesperhustad i have that enabled but still the other worlds are playing sound when i select the world i want to play.
in 1 i stood in desert and other i stood next to piggies, i selected to play desert and could still hear piggies
@@jt9324x If you are playing a singleplayer world it should pause when you are in the menu. Could you have turned on LAN or something?

@@jesperhustad No problem, what I meant was to put a padlock on a seed, and when I press to reset it does not reset, reset only those that are not locked, understand?

CZcams made changes so links don’t automatically work. So you need to manually select the link called: “old version download” and paste it in your browser

can I change the default number of rows/columns? and why do i have screen tearing when using this script?
1. Download the AutoHotKey version (.ahk).
2. Right click script, Select "Edit".
3. Find DEFAULT variables and change the numbers

1. Right click script, click "Edit"
2. Hit CTRL + H (in notepad opens find and replace)
3. For the find section write: "-0xC00000"
4. For replace section write "+0xC00000"
5. Click "Replace All" button
The part of the script that removes borders sets the style to "-0xC00000". By replacing all the section of the code with + we just add them back.
You could also remove all lines with "WinSet, Style, .....(etc.)" to remove the function.
Thanks for the feedback. I will add a settings window where these things can be changed in the future without opening the script.

@@jesperhustad Thanks for your reply, but I didn't find any "-0xC00000" in the script, I only found one "-0xC40000" in the function "positionWall" and one "+0xC00000" under the "Loop, %gameWindowList%". As for the settings window, personally I don't mind if I have to open the script cause you only have to do the settings first time, but a settings window is difinitely helpful.
@@Vex_0123 Ok than it may be -0xC40000 you have to change. You can test different window border styles by finding them here: www.autohotkey.com/docs/v1/misc/Styles.htm
It's a while since I've looked at the script and this is my first AutoHotKey script, so feel free to experiment and give feedback if you find anything usefull!
Made the GitHub page so people can collaborate on making the code better, but I know most people don't have Git experience.
If you ever host an open source project you will experience being spammed by a lot of people with broken english who have no idea what they are doing so it's nice when someone has a real issue and can communicate it. So thanks for that :D

@@willcasey7683 That is implemented in the script, but depends on pc load times. In the script on line 35 you can change the variable. By default it is 0.3 seconds

Alright, here are some questions to debug.
- What version of Minecraft are you using
- Have you restarted Windows once after downloading?
- Using .exe version or .ahk, tried .ahk?
@@jesperhustad 1.16.1 um no but when I go sleep I turn off my computer does that count? and I use .ahk
@@1qmik I should have explained it better, but the order you launch the software is important. Try restarting the script. The script must be started after launching all Minecraft instances.
If that doesn't work also try restarting windows.

Try F3 + P to toggle pause on unfocus
@@jesperhustad I tried that but it doesn't seem to help, the timers are paused but I don't have the same ingame menu screen as it shows in the video

@@Alastairel A simple solution would be turning off menu music in the settings.

How does this benefit from using Specnr's macro?
It doesn't use specnrs macro. Its a completely standalone program, no obs required

@@Orangenox It doesn't have as many features as Specnrs, but it's getting better. Roadmap is adding all the features and making it more stable and customizable.
Do you have a idea why mine is not working. I downloaded and redownloaded Simple Wall both exe and ahk and is not working. I'm opening 1.7.10 and the refresh button is not working, everything is not working. I have the mods and everything for speedrun, but is not working.
Thanks for commenting! Here are some things I would try. Tell me if any of these work:
- Make sure Minecraft has F6 binded to reset world
- Holding CTRL Key and Y Key at the same time to perform refreshing
- Restart computer

@@PreskoHD Thanks! Tested and have been able to recreate the issue. It's because the specific Minecraft version (1.7.10) has a different window identification so the software isn't detecting it. Will look into it. If you can in any way use a different version it should work.

Check your downlods folder. Click the settings menu in the top right of your browser and go to downloads

and when I execute it I don't have any new folder or anything

Download the AutoHotKey version (.ahk). Then right click the file, click Edit.
The script will now pop up. Feel free to read the 449 lines of code I wrote for any virus activity 😂

For me for example if I have 2 two instances;
- I enter in the first instance then press the refresh key (ctrl y) it automatically resets the world and pops up the wall.
- At this situation if I press the refresh key again it will reset the second instance (which i didn't open yet).
- After all instances resetted one by one it will reset all instances same time by pressing the ctrl y (till you didn't enter in an instance).
- And this repeats.

Yes, i know that is annoying. I hope to fix that in the future. A current workaround is to download the .ahk (AutoHotScript) version and editing the script file to whatever settings you want.
