Just watched my first program with Judge Williams. I'm impressed with her questioning of the parties and control of the courtroom. And it was VERY entertaining!
She is the best
That daycare owner was so prejudice against that male worker. He seemed like a great teacher that loved his job until the owner ruined it for him. How can she accuse him without evidence? It could have been anyone-probably one of the long-standing employees. The other employees knew the owner didn't like him. He was a scapegoat!!! I hope he finds a better employer to work for in the future. The owner lost a wonderful teacher for the children, and the children he taught lost out too!!! So sorry he was treated so poorly by this woman. I wish him the best!

What about the children she teaches. People are the worst.
….I mean. I bet the day care owner stole the toy car and high end watch. Either that or it was someone she probably least expects. The make teacher deserves a way better employer. She is not that smart. She ran off such an excellent teacher.

The fact that the defendant in the first case refused to apologize despite the lie detector test literally proved his ignorance just shows you the kind of person she really is, after she blatantly accused him of stealing with literally no evidence. If this is how she treats her staff then it makes me shudder to imagine how she must treat the children who are at such an age where they're too young to be strong enough to defend or stand up for themselves. What a bully.

Nah, it's because she had no business SHOWING her business to another woman's husband, in the middle of a public restaurant, no less.
I half agree with what the judge said that it's her body but think about it though. Would you remove all your clothes in the middle of a crowded shopping mall and commit indecent exposure? And then when confronted turn around and say "oh, well it's my body!" I also disagree because I think the defendant may have wanted to cover her up because she didn't want her opening her shirt to her husband. If the man was curious about the procedure she could've told him about it by describing it and maybe showing pictures online.
In my opinion, both parties are at fault for damaging the blouse so I would've made both parties pay half, awarding the second plaintiff $300 and she'd be on her own for the other $300.

And probably a racist... and even if she's not, if she's that bold to mistreat her staff that way you can only imagine how she must treat the children enrolled there.

She is though! Actually I wouldn't be surprised if she did that maliciously, accusing him knowing he was innocent. I would've sued for another $1k for punitive damages.
Also you see how the truth was presented to her that he didn't do it but she still wouldn't apologize. If she's mistreating her own staff, you can best believe she's mistreating the children who are at such an age where they're too helpless to stand up for or defend themselves. 😡😡😡
