Changing location of User - validate IP address

User program is installed on a personal device - laptop, or phone/tablet
User identity is based on - email and IP addresses
Users may move, change location, from home, to outside location with internet access
When the User moves the IP address is changing
This change must be validated

------ steps ------
no internet access - inactive buttons on program menu
enable internet access from a changed location
User screen is minimized, browser tab launched
an email to the User's address is sent
open e-mail client, check for 'validate ID' message
open message, click on link
User screen is restored, program access is enabled
