Interested in seeing what the Atlas All-Scales Signal System is all about? We've created this handy video to explain some of the in's and out's of it all.
Since I don't do DCC, I find that I cannot get this system to work with straight DC, because no one makes a block detector that will work with DC, and work with common cathode. No one else makes a decent looking signal in N scale. (Other than those custom finishing kits from Alabama)
here's a few ideas for building a railroad layout yourself Find a proven set of plans online Find a mate who wants to build one too so you have someone to encourage you (I read these and why they work from Jareks Hobby Club website )
When are you going to make non type G signals for N Scale. The purchase of BLMA was supposed to produce a great N signal. It never happened with BMLA and I assume it is not going to happen with Atlas. I have been disappointed for at least 15 years.
Needs2quit1 at gmail I have not seen search lights in N and there are no signal bridges in N only those ugly G type lights that are not used in the West.
That’s great at least does it again
I will use these for my layout!
HOME RUN ATLAS! going to get me some!
Thank you Atlas ! Finally a real K.I.S.S signal system.

Will there be other types/styles of signals offered in the coming months?
B&O CPL signals please. I hope N-Scale will get some needed attention
I'm an HO guy, but boy would I love it if someone to made some B&O and Pennsy dwarf signals...
Will there be double target signals for O scale?
What about how everything is connected?? I would like to see just how “easy” it is.

Will you guys ever make modern signals for n? It’s sad that there’s only type G’s for n.

So the sensors are built in
Are these new signals compatible with the older HO Atlas Signals and boards that I have already purchased from a few years ago?
The manual says they are. The signal control board has a jumper that can be set for either common cathode or common anode.
I model west coast. Will Atlas ever do a search light signal based on Southern Pacific signals?
already did and they just showed it. Crag said they might bring the Searchlight 2s from the BLMA days back. Right now they only make them in N and HO.
@@geomodelrailroader those aren't the same bro.
I'm looking for US&S search light. There's a kit for it out there

This guy sounds like Craig Martin from BLMA models.
Would you use this to operate signals for an interlocking plant?
will you be make the modern signal in n scale
They already have it, but they're all common cathode
So if I understand this correctly if I have six signals to control then I need six of these universal control boards, one for each of them
Yes, and that makes it so cost prohibitive.
I read somewhere on the instructions from my understanding you need a bd20 block detector but I can be wrong
Yes, or a similar detector, for automatic operations. Or a switch can be wired in for manual control of the signal indication.
Yes, and if you're standard DC like I am, you're out of luck finding a detector that will work.
Does this need a computer for setup and or operations?
No, it does not.
Can anybody tells how many signals can control from this board?
one signal head per board
