      Try strengthening leg muscles and pelvic floor muscles first and then go with jumping kind of exercise....do stretches of quadriceps, hamstring, calf and IT band BEFORE AND AFTER EXERCISE

      @Anubhav-xi2mu no you are dumb because you never had tried jump rope in life amd doing 1000 ropes takes about 10-12 mins only burne 100-150 calories and 2500 will burns around 600 so there is a big difference

Sorry to say but skipping jumping full body workout hai easy way mein bolu toh poori body hil jati hai jumping se uske ander humara uterus bhi aata right....and ye 5 days hume Kam se kam usko relaxation Dena hai kyuki wo already kaam kr rha pain ke n hai right... So periods k time aap workout skip mat kro ...agar possible ho toh in 5 days mein araam se yoga kro 😊😊😊😊main aapne galat nhi bol rhi but jo right information hai wohi de rhi hu ...thanks

      @stayfitwithneha8301 as I said whatever works for your body. I am able to lift extremely heavy while on periods and that works for me doesn’t mean it will work for you too

      Rope karne se full body workout ho jata hai and abs exercise ke liya bahut jyada benefits hota body shape mai aa jate hai chahai vo hips , tummy ,hand ho great work aur karne se farak bahut jaldi result dekhne ko milte hai

      I have a corporate job and I make videos for a living. And I go to the gym 6 times a week, and I try to spend time with my friends and family. If prioritising health means ‘I don’t have any other work’ then so be it. Aap sofe par baith kar chips khao
