It's good to see the features from the PS2 days return. And the new features but I wish there was more to add. I wish Create a Team is back too.

Yeah man. Remember they had the talk radio guys talking during the season in franchise mode, I guess nowadays it be podcasters. But I’m glad to see that they’re adding something though. I feel the franchise mode been the same since Madden 19

We need the ability to redesign uniforms and logos for our Franchise team. We see this every few years in the NFL when a team redesigns their uniforms, logos and such. I should be able to use the Bucs and retheme the team to the original orange color scheme. I want to be able to edit the logo colors, uniforms, stadium banners and field art. Give us the ability to choose these colors based on the franchise's history. It would be so much fun to retheme the current Bucs uniform and logos and just swap the red and pewter for orange and white.
As a diehard Bucs fan, I love wearing the orange throwbacks seldomly. But is sucks because the field art and coach apparel stay exactly the same.

Unfortunately, I think the NFL has control over whether they can add stuff like this. Same reason they don't allow variable crowd sizes and why there's only like 5 injuries in the game lol. EA deserves a lot of blame for Madden over the years but this one of the few things that's just not in their control.
They should take a page outta 2k’s book and just let the community design everything… then let others upload the creation.
Hey EA and Madden listen carefully. I understand your contract with the NFL is coming to an end. I just hope you didn’t just improve this game just to renew your contract and then fall back to a lazy state once you’re awarded the contract. As long as you keep pushing forward and giving us amazing experience then everyone will be happy! I, like many, am very excited for this year’s madden.

OH YES! LET'S GOOOO! I'm definitely going to buy the game now that they added the Auto reorder depth charts FEATURE! That's totally something that should be worth putting in a franchise trailer. Incredible work, EA. Maybe next year you can add a SORT FEATURE in the draft screen. You know, something I can do in google sheets...

This could be a minor commissioner feature toggle. Simply disallow existing franchise numbers to be forbidden "True/False". Although, I couldn't care less about it. I will say when someone on my roster gets 14, I change it. (Don Hutson, Packers) haha

Commissioners need a tool which they can use to set up a scenario in case two owners get disconnected which happens a lot. Need to be able to set up down, distance, what quarter the game is in time on the clock, possession and everything else. Currently there is no Equitable way to resolve a disconnected game game

@@kelvzx sure but what happens with a force win? Stats get simulated. I don't think people would really care about simulated stats under the circumstance.
It’s small but I wish they’d add back the announcers knowing the CREATED players last names and stuff so when you score and make plays they’d say the name like as if it was a real life player lol it was kool on I think madden 06 was last I remember it
I am surprised this isn't in the game. It's not hard to create a voice synthesizer. I'd rather the announcers just one do play by play and the other offer up quick 3 second sound bites ala "he's gonna feel that in the morning" or "boom!". The guy now goes on an on an on and often times doesn't even make sense.

The amount of customization in Franchise this year looks absolutely incredible. This actually has me excited for Madden for the first time in many many years.
And sadly it’s still about 200 features less then madden freaking 11🥱

Adding more trade slots is so good bc one time I got the first 3 picks in the 2023 draft and still couldn't trade for patrick mahomes

thank you for finally adding depth chart reorder it was a small feature that was super annoying simming to mid-season for the game to reset your depth chart
Wish we could customize divisions. More user games and less CPU games if you don't have a full league.
Would also like to know if there is finallt a difference between DE and OLB. This has to be a must.

@@priced2562you shouldn’t have any problems with a game in an offline mode. Madden is the only game that glitches offline.

You can use it on Pc but not teh otther 2 but its honestly sad that taht wont give us xbox one players anything, not even 6 trade slots

Just added a feature that should’ve never been removed in the first place along with other features that was perfectly in the game years ago just to finally be put back in the game.
If you run through a season of Madden 23 not one CPU team franchise tags any of their players will that be addressed?

Make it so we can draft from the 2023 draft class! How hard is that to start off a league with this years rookies players to draft?
I didn't buy madden 23 and just been rocking with 22 but this has definitely got me debating maybe make it so your leagues never end too cuz me personally I get immersed into the players I have 20+ years into the future

The way the Bucs built their Super Bowl in 2020, was for years before that they did contacts with zero signing bonuses, just using guaranteed money over the first 2 years of most deals, so they could cut people, or restructure them later, with no hit to the cap. They did that for years, all with the goal of when their window opened, they'd be able to create as much cap space as needed to go all in. You all talk about how expanded the new salary cap management is, but all you seemed to do was add a restructure button. Where are void years, where are those contacts where you give no signing bonus, but guaranteed money and have a flat cap hit for years? It's still non-sense simplistic garbage that isn't even remotely 'real' to the NFL.
Can we change divisions in franchise mode? Thatd be nice. Put teams like pats or washington in nfc/afc respectively itd be fun and create different longevitities

My most requested feature is to play in the player career mode on the same team with my friends. We are more of a coop group than a competitive group.

Can I play other games besides my team's any given week. Like, it would be cool to play the super bowl if my team doesn't make it. You haven't allowed me to do that since Madden 10.

Getting really excited but I don't want give my hopes up yet
But in my Franchise mode can I play offense and defense? On 23 u can only play offense which is GOOFY.!!! Hopefully that feature is back so I can play both sides of the ball. And the option to simulate the game if need be

I can confirm there multiple new cities and international cities you can relocate too.

Cool updates to return to some modes that we loved. Some ideas for future maddens.
Expansion mode- start a new team for scratch
Create a team
Retooled coaching tree (way more options and some can only happen after you accomplish some task)
Get rid of X factor and go to a trait/badge system
Stadium builder
Super in depth owner mode with rpg elements (where to spend money and so on)
Retooled progression system
Oh no we not doing a badge system I don’t wanna have a badge that I have to equip for my QB to catch a snap from the center
