People can change. I did time for killing the drunk that ran down my wife in the early 80s, and federal time for weapons charges, also time in Texas. Prison made me a criminal, it took years to see the error of my ways. I went straight a long time ago and am glad I did. You cannot rehabilitate a man, he has to do that for himself.
