This isn't a complaint, rather just to clear up any confusion, at 7:28 you mention if the business address is different to the postal address. Your wording was actually opposite to what is written on the website, i.e. "Is the individual/Sole Trader's postal address the same as the business address?" So to the other viewers, be sure to read the question carefully. Otherwise, great video :)
