It's unfortunate that such discussion on America military base or any other foreign military bases in Africa is very complex and complicated and the discuss is sometimes over intellectualise by pseudo military, political and economic analyst. It has been long known and proven that such bases in the past in various other parts or places has brought no tangible or intangible benefits or developments. These bases are only self serving colonial imperial base to project power and control, these bases as we have come to know is an implicitly exploitative design and desire to further subjugate Africa, even some of their ambassy and ambassador have been alleged to have been involved in killings and changing of indigenous populous government that disagree with them politically. Haven't we Africans learnt our lessons?
