The famous movie series by JK Rowling tells the story of a young wizard and was filmed all over the United Kingdom, for example in England and in Scotland. In this video I'm going to show you the shooting locations in Britain's capital London.

Although London and Edinburgh are already so beautiful, their Harry Potter history and locations makes me love them even more. Btw, the Glasgow University also looks a lot like the Hogwarts School, it's very big and gothic.

I thought the scenes with the bridge at Kings Cross were filmed in York?

No. That is false. They did all the filming at King's Cross. The bridge they used in both the Philosopher's Stone and the Order of the Phoenix, was removed due to its age and now resides at the watercress heritage railway complete with plaque honouring It's time in the series. I don't know why anyone thinks they would go to York just a film on a bridge that King's Cross had anyway
