Thank you for talking this sister. I’m only 41 and going through peri-menopause. Not only I do look like young but females laughs when I talk about going through the symptoms of missing periods, hot flashes, interrupted sleep at night and so. I’m educating myself lot more about it Alhamdulilah.

    Salaams, My good sisters
I would like a conversation where we begin to talk about sexuality after the age of 60. I go to a big masjid in Atlanta, and I would say most women over the age of 60 at the masjid are single, divorce or widowed. I would go further and say most of the men over the age of 65 are the same. And if there is no conversation about marriage, and I assure you there isn’t, then how do we navigate our own individual sexuality without doing something that is Haram. The mismanagement or use of our private parts is the easiest way to get to hell. And so my question becomes, when do we begin to start asking the hard questions?

@23:44 men abandoning their marriages ...swapping out their wife for a younger wife..."
Divorce is legal for both men and women for legitimate reasons... I do not understand. Ustadah Angelica is correct that this is a societal problem...but do not make it sound as if it is unethical. Just as we say that a woman has a right to seek divorce if she cannot bear a polygamous marriage.

Divorce is permissible in Islam for a legitimate reason. If marriage doesn't serve it's purpose or function properly it can be terminated by divorce. Poligamy is permissible in Islam. But a woman will not be able to divorce her husband for reasons of Poligamy. Had she expressed her disapproval against her husband's poligamous marriage after her marriage, in the marriage contract, then on that ground she will be able to divorce her husband.

Please do a talk on looks. It is a subject thats being talked about a lot right now. Do women really focus on how handsome a guy is? Is this even islamic? Not everyone has great looks like you see in male models. But still sisters want a guy like that. This is becoming too much of a thing nowadays.

People care about looks because physical attraction is important! Someone may not be attracted to you but someone else may. It’s really different for person to person.
Also for men looks aren’t as important if you look around. It’s women who face the brunt of that mainly
