TTD came on at 1 am and TJW came on at 11:30 am on WHO-TV Channel 13 back in 1990, man I remember recording those shows, although I was in school when TJW was on.

During the 90/91 Season Tic Tac Dough was Videotaped at Hollywood Center Studios Hollywood, CA and during that time other shows were taped at the same studio where TTD '90 was taped
Supermarket Sweep w/David Ruprecht, Teen Win, Lose or Draw w/Marc Price of Family Ties Fame, The Quiz Kids Challenge w/The Amazing Jonathan, JEOPARDY! w/Alex Trebek (was in its 7th Season on syndication), Fun House (which was in its 3rd Season and was renamed FOX's Fun House), The very 1st season of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air w/Will Smith, Love Connection w/ Chuck Woolery (which was in its 4th Season on syndication) and of course, Soul Train w/the late Don Cornelius (which was in its 20th Season on syndication) as well as The Challengers w/the late TV Icon Dick Clark of American Bandstand & Pyramid Fame

@Mr. Paul Burgos[& everybody else] here, yes, on that same Monday, September 10, 1990, this then-"Tic Tac Dough" game show had Mr. Patrick Wayne as its former host just as his previous studio announcer there was Mr. Larry Bernard!

Neither of these episodes are the premiere...note there's no mention of it being the first show on either one, and both have returning champs, to say nothing of TTD starting w/a bonus round (in fact, I have a copy of the latter's actual premiere...the game 1 contestants are Father Andrew vs. Gita, and Larry Van Nuys prefaced the first player's intro by saying "In our X position...", something he never did again).

Ice Cream man named Michael? SOunds familiar. THese episodes appear to be from 9/14/1990, the Friday of the premiere week for both shows. The Joker's Jackpot is worth $7K here, which would imply it was not won for four shows. Supersaver87 has the 9/17/90 episode of Tic on their CZcams page

Andrew Schroy KRON did carry jokers wild at noon for about 5 months before being aired at 4am in February 1991. the SF bay area market did not carry TTD 1990 at all but in Sacramento, it aired at 12:30 pm after the local news on KOVR 13 which is why that market did not carry Match game 1990.

WTVQ in Lexington and WHAS in Louisville carried the 1990 version of The Joker’s Wild and WLKY in Louisville carried the 1978-86 version of Tic Tac Dough from 1978-81 and from 1984-86, the 1977-86 version of The Joker’s Wild from 1977-81 and from 1984-86 (WAVE 3 carried the show from 1981-84 and WLEX carried it briefly in 1981), the 1985 version of Break the Bank and the 1986 version of Strike it Rich and WKYT in Lexington and WAVE in Louisville both carried the nighttime version of Win, Lose or Draw.

Out of these two versions from 1990, The Jokers Wild was a thousand times better than Tic Tac Dough. I love the organ music when a Joker landed triple the dollars. Tic Tac Dough with Patrick Wayne sucked. Patrick Wayne's enthusiasm was overboard with "YOU WIIIIIIIIIIN!".
