Yes Sulaiman. V1 is merely the indication of speed of when the plane can stop before the end of the runway. If an Emergency happens BEFORE V1, you can stop safely. AFTER V1, You are committed to take off, You will not be able to stop before the end of the runway. Given the most profitable segment of a flight for an airline, is cargo, not people. More cargo, more profit, more cargo, the heavier the plane, more fuel and speed needed for takeoff.
Michael Henneman it also depends on the location of the nose gear. Not sure about the 380 but on the 350 the nose gear is pretty much right underneath the cockpit so you really feel it during taxi and takeoff. The 330 is a lot smoother by comparison.
Autopilot switched on so soon after takeoff! Is this company policy to engage it so soon or a pilot preference?! No manual flying skills being practiced, at all. Sure, I know that pilots cannot be expected to hand fly all the way either....but why so soon after TO?
Love the tail cam on the left.
good night pilot safe takeoff and landing becaful driving ✈️
Nc to see PP flying A380
Wow what takeof
I paid for the whole runway, I will use the whole runway!
Looks as though they are hand flying it. Pilots are getting fewer as Systems Operators are cheaper to train. TY for getting us there safe!
Nice work will. 👏 which is your favourite airport to fly to/from
I don’t fly, I fix them. As a passenger I love my own airport Canberra, Australia.
EK or QR
What is the typical V1 speed for a A380 ?
FinalLight 140 to 180 knots depending on weight. Don’t really know. I fix them, not fly them. 😊👍🏻
Usually 160 - 170 knots according to flaps selection
I noteced in A380 take off at v1 they count around 10 seconds before rotate .is this normal
Sulaiman Almufargi yes. Especially when very heavy.

I thought there was also a V2 audible which is when rotation speed is reached ?
У меня на девятине так же задняя полка брякает.
which airline?
Qatar
Jeez, are these planes supposed to rattle like that?
Michael Henneman yes. It’s very common.
Most runways are not that smooth Michael.

The sound you hear is from the lights on the runway
tanshaomala spot on with the 350. The whole cockpit vibrates but as soon as the gears up and doors closed, it’s rather eerie and quiet.

Did They forget oboist calling “gear up” after positive climb

Why it's only a minute long 😂
Poor Traveler A320 no reason TBH. Hopefully more to come soon with better camera, etc.
@@WillLanting are you QR pilot?
No
Looking forward for the next videos 🙏🏻🙌🏻
I thought I was watching the Indian Pacific takeoff. More rattles than a freight train...
It is the nose gear running over the centerline lights on the runway
@@aviator1111 yeah I know, just thought it was unbelievably rattly 🤣
@@Robochop-vz3qm heavy plane, big tires, quite loud =)
@@aviator1111 indeed
More rattles than a vintage B29. No wonder they're being retired, they're falling apart!
Paul Sale haha. Actually, this one is reasonably new. It’s a typical Airbus thing. They all rattle like that.
it's the runway lights
@@WillLanting It's mostly loose metallic objects everywhere that actually create most of the noise.
@@WillLanting Millions of dollars spent on this state-of-the-art plane, can't they find a way of making things more secure?!
Wow-what a piece of crap that plane is.
Hell no .never ever getting into one of those death traps one tiny mistake Everyone is dead
