Harry Runs good morning from Tallahassee, Florida. My running is going great. The Donna Run is in the beginning of February in Jacksonville, I am excited for my first full marathon. So happy to have found your videos and discover you. And if it could not get any better, we have the same birthday...although I am almost doubled your age, lol. I wish you the best and send you many blessings wherever you are in the world.

Hope you can come to Khonkaen Harry. Khonkaen ultra/trails and marathon international at the end of January. Massive running community here.

Cheers man, yeah there's some exciting adventures coming next year if all goes to plan. Thanks the Marathon will be a little fun, certainly feeling tough to get the legs moving fast on the flat again though. How's your year been overall?
It'll be tough but good fun to see where your speed is at! Yes its been great thank you, got my half PB down to 1.20 so next year its all about going sub 80!

Hey Jesfer! I'd love to race Mt.Apo. I can't wait to get back to the Philippines and Mt.Apo is on the list. Not sure if it will happen next year but trust me I'll be back to the Philippines again. I feel in love with the trails and community there.

Are you considering Laverado? Also, would you consider running Comrades? If so, would your preference be an up or down year?
Both those races are 100% percent on my bucket list. With race like Comrades I would enjoy the challenge that both directions bring. Have you ran either of those?
I haven't, but all things going well I will be running the down in 2020.

How long have you been running
Since I was 12, but was always running circles in some way or other before that haha. How about you?
