Beautiful teardrops. I have learned so much since watching these videos.
Love the videos so great learning all of these different rocks and gems from you . I really appreciate you making the videos and sharing them with us. The obsidian reminds me of chocolate covered raisins they look great!
Are the obsidians, crystals? They are awesome and are everywhere. Did you find any yellow topaz? I need to go there someday.
Thank you for sharing your incredible adventures and your knowledge with the world. DMI, you're the man!

Cant wait to try Colorado. Spent a week at Crater of Diamonds last week. Brutal work, but I'm hooked. Thanks for the tips on your channel Ivins
You sure get your exercise looking for these gems. I am amazed how these gems are just there for the taking. So exiting. Thanks for taking us along.
Hi DMI, thanks for the great vids, would love some tear drops from Ruby Mountain. I Enjoy ýour trips out to different places. Mt Antero was awesome! Keep up the good vibes... Hugs from Aussie. 🤗
Thanks for the videos!! I’ve wanted to do Crater of Diamonds myself... but was not educated as to what to expect... and how to do what is needed. I’m 63..:never been to the park... but it’s on the list of things to do....due to your videos!
Thanks, bro!
I would love to win an Apache teardrop -- thanks for sharing this adventure.
i may have to take a trip out that way someday just to see the beauty of the nature throughout the area. thank you for sharing
YOU ROCK, I am so proud of you. I knew you could do it. 10,000 no problem. That is because you put out such informative content on your show. Keep up the great work.
Beautiful country great finds good luck in all you do
Maate!...That must have been fun picking when they were everywhere! Except for the heat & slip sliding away!🙃 I wonder if once upon a time there was garnets laying around like that! Awesome view from up there! Thanks for taking us along👍
I’m glad you liked the video. The garnets are fused into the rayolite. So probably not. But I’m sure the host rocks were covered at one time.
Thanks for letting me vicariously gem hunt! Nothing as exciting here in the Houston area! Kiddos love your channel too. Keep the vids coming!!
Glad you enjoyed the video! Thanks for the support! ⛏💎
Thanks for sharing! I bet a rock sample of the perlite would be great for collection.

Great video as usual. Your adventures are awesome! One of these days you are going to find the big one!
I went there back in the 70's. This video brought back a lot of memories. I used to have some of them but they were lost over time.
I’m glad you enjoyed the video. Hope they were all good memories, I know those family vacation can go when there is a little brat in the bunch! Lol
Damn brother, I thought you were heading down the mountain the painful way at the beginning! That's most definitely a precarious spot on the side of that mountain, but WOW...Some really awesome Obsidian and Garnets my friend! Be safe up there, love the finds. Congratulations on your 10K my friend, lord knows it's more than deserved! ⛏😎👌🏻
Oh to be out there ....love all the different gems you find Quad Mum Adelaide Australia
This is really cool content to watch. I'm glad the algorithms sent me here. I just moved to near Boulder from Atlanta, and was excited to see what can be found near by. Subbed, thumb up and shared with friends. The cave was awesome! I would have been terrified it was inhabited. Youre a brave soul.
Very cool video...love those kinda things...i save all my garnets from my paydirts i buy.. stay safe and keep on digging 👍.
Love to watch all your gem hunting adventures!
Nice video those black obsidian peices looks cool 👍

How to social distance in 2020 Go watch dimond miners Irvin’s
Garnets are so pretty, no matter how small, they make beautiful jewelry
, you should come to Utah to the obsidian beds, you can literally take buckets full in just minutes
I walked up that same trail and found lots of red garnets and obsidian on the top of the mountains, mostly on the west side/top. Awesome to see you go to a spot I’ve actually been too! I love your content!
Awesome! the Top, and west are off limits nowadays. :/
thanks for watching!
You're not allowed to go on the west side.
AMAZING, thank you for going into the dark abyss for us, and well, everywhere else that you go. Great video

Great video ! I just got myself an Estwing also. Works really well. I’m only here in Colorado for another week. Wish I would have seen our video a month ago. I’m always looking for new areas to hound. Ive heard of Ruby Mtn., but, haven’t made it there yet. Gonna have to try it next year. Thanks for sharing.
Good luck on your hunt! Thanks for watching the video!
I really appreciate that you keep it real with your videos. I can't count how many times I have cursed out my backpack for falling off my shoulder at awkward moments 😃. I think the obsidian in the matrix would be amazing. I have never seen natural pearlite before. Keep on hounding.
I never heard a stone called sidian awesome I hope you find some yellow topaz the yellow topaz is beautiful have a good day
Awesome, yupp, they are all over the place. Sweet
I have been to Ruby Mt. and found a few but didn't go back on the trail like you did. Wish I had. Love those Apache Tears and you found some really nice ones. Hope you enjoyed your trip....I would have stayed around for the snow...LOL
Sweet! Happy hunting!
My first time watching your video and I love this definitely look forward to seeing more in the future. The information I gained in this video alone has me excited. Can't wait to see more.
Thank your for the kind words, I’m glad you likey!!! 😃
It was so cool to see them just rain from the rocks
Your videos never disappoint. I don’t think I could ever crawl into a cave like that!! You are fearless!!!
Since Garnets are attracted to a magnet it would be interesting to drag a strong magnet around that prospect.
I want that chunk!!! 😊😊😊
@Michael PacNW Varies by the amount of iron in the garnet. It is one of the ways to tell the difference between ruby and garnet.
Don't forget different minerals can cause different colors to happen for the gem that is born...
Also garnet just like sapphire comes in many many colors.....
Garnet, magnet?
That’s a crazy amount for gems!! Thanks for taking us along!! Be safe and HH 🎧⛏
I’m glad you took the time to watch! Thanks for the support ⛏💎
Ivans I'm jealous; you have so many awesome adventures. This was the most scenic of your videos to date. I had a great idea for the large ammonites you found in Texas. Stand them vertical, on a flat base, with a 5/8" hole drilled top to the flat base. Install light fixtures with an appropriate shade which can be found at any Ace Hardware. They would make perfect man cave light fixture for a desk or end table. Btw...thanks for taking this shut-in with you on your outings. Keep up the good work. Be safe..
I’m learning so much about what to look for. I find myself looking for minerals more while I’m hiking around or chasing animals. Good stuff dude.
well I'm just now new to your Chanel and just want to say that I enjoy watching these kinds of videos as I am unable to walk those cliffs and long trails, it would probably take me a week to get to ruby Mt , lol
Awesome view. Thank you for sharing. Would love to be there as well.
It’s so beautiful up there! Glad you enjoyed the video!
Love those stones. I found a piece of old jewelry while metal detecting that was loaded with those
Oh wow! Very cool!👍
This is my first time seeing your channel ! I love it . My daughter and son-in-law just moved from out there it’s so beautiful there I wish I would have known of your channel earlier
Thanks you so much for watching and the support!
