Very nice ! I just listen the best relaxation musics . Nice pictures too.
All I can say is,I can't explain why Yoga and meditation can change your life so dramatically,all I know is it really can. I decided to commit to it for 3 weeks just to try it,and after 2 months,not only the nightmares and worries disappeared,but also other minor illnesses I had started disappearing as well, Today,5 years later,I enjoy of perfect health and peace in my mind. I hope you find it as well. If you take it seriously it will.

I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks so listening to this everyday and practising my breathing exercises really help

I don't like to impose my ways of thinking to others,but I had a similar problems for several years and I stooped it by practicing Hatha yoga and meditation. One day I decided to give it a shot,so I committed to practice for 3 weeks and it changed my life like nobody can imagine. That was 5 years ago and I haven't stopped since then ,it's a miracle.
