    People will complain that cards arent accepted. Most likely some of the same folks that are stating "just make them pay cash". It also greatly affects how many customers he'll get.

    Fraudsters know it's a crime, that's why the do it because they would rather be criminals, being that it pays well and probably get away with it! And even if they are caught and prosecuted, they will be out soon enough to continue their work!
