A Course in Miracles Lesson 170

“There is no cruelty in God and none in me.”
This was a tough one for me today because I said cruel words to someone last night. And I see how I co created the opportunity for it to happen. This feels so foreign to me now, but that’s what the ego is starting to feel like to me-Like an alien.
These lessons show up for me right on time.

Lol. I got triggered at work today by the Head honcho.
That's my hardest one when I'm up against arrogant men and I have to take full responsibility. Grrr
