- So Bloo Lagoon did a little experiment. We removed the tech tree for a wipe to see how it would effect progression and whether or not it would make the game more exciting. I definitely saw a difference in gameplay and a LOT went down, especially on the second day. Make sure you stay tuned for part two which will be coming out soon!

I think doing this once a week a month would be an amazing concept so like every first week of the wipe it's no tech tree then it goes back to normal, it would make a great twist and add more pvp and it would be alot more fun
And it would focus the first wipe to grind Bp's aswell instead of just rushing AK and explosives.
i personally think this is going to be one of the greatest wipes ever
Felt like the old days of rust without the tech tree, this was such a fun wipe to play in and I genuinely hope to see more people and servers embrace the removal of the tech tree
Now time to bring back the recoil too. 🙏

Bloo you are seriously awesome for trying out this server change. I for one would play this type of wipe on the regular, so I really hope you bring it back in a more permanent way sometime in the future. I think this could be a cool setup for bi-weekly servers too, as it would slow down progression and lengthen server life.
I genuinely get emotional when the boys play together I have so many memories watching yall play.

Tip for anyone doing launch site, if you're fine with missing the mili crates on the way up, you can go to a stair case and just run up it and run along the railings to get to the top, so you only have to fight like 5-6 scientists total, so much better
Wish they’d just remove the scientists again tbh since it was already so underused. Just adds more reason to NOT to it haha
