She’s tall and beautiful. I love Ukraine and Ukrainian women
Russians
@@periodt.5502was gonna say same lol
thanks for that :D I started to learn Ukrainian at the university this year :D It is really helpful
I LOVE this! It's like watching a live-action children's book, which is exactly the level I need with Ukrainian right now. Good work!
Thanks Vlada, for an easier to follow video with short/simple Ukrainian sentences. Your city is lovely!
Ukrainian is similar to Polish so I understand what she say! :)

Między innymi:
"To se? Ce ptaszki. Ścio ja roblju? Ja jedu/biedu za ptaszkamy" :D

I want to start learning Russian in the near future. How similar are Russian and Ukrainian?
Quite similar. I speak Russian and have never attempted to learn Ukrainian in my life, yet I would be able to understand most of what she said in this video without subtitles.
Azren the Language Nerd i can say that they are similar like for 60%.
Please make more video's
Learn russian.
I was curious how Ukrainian sounds slower

I was there in Chernivtsi from 29 August to 3 September... I've noticed that some Ukrainians (like the girl in this video) have brown hair and brown eyes... They look like Italians like me... Before I visited Ukraine, I though that Ukranians were predominantly blond... So, why are there these Ukrainians that look like Italians or Spanish ??? Maybe because - over the ages - Ukraine was populated also by people from Romania or Hungary or Turkey or what ???
You are right. Chernivtsi is near Romania, so many people there look like romanians or italians. But if you come to Kiev or Chernihiv you'll see another situation.
Анна Селезнёва ...and - as I read - just for a few years Chernivtsi and the whole "Bukovina" were under the Romanian rule... At that time, its name was "Cernăuți". On the other hand, when Western Ukraine was under Austria-Hungary, Chernivtsi underwent some "Germanic" influences and it was also known under the Germanic name "Czernowitz"... As a matter of fact, when I looked at the Architecture of Chernivtsi, I had an impression of being in an Austrian city... Sure enough I would like to visit Kiev that - as I read - is one of the oldest cities of the "Russian-Ukrainian area" and was founded many centuries before Moscow and was the capital of the first "Russian-Ukrainian Kingdom" (the so called "Kievan Rus' " ) and was nicknamed the "Mother of all the Russian cities".
maksim5078 yep. Kiev was founded in the 6th century.
+maksim5078 I am not sure that it depends on city in Ukraine. Me (a girl from the video), I wasn't born actually in Chernivtsi. I'm from another southern city of Ukraine :)
Vlada Rono Well, I don't know... For example, as far as I know, some Ancient Greek colonies were in the Black Sea shores (Southern Ukraine)... Also such Italian "Maritime Republics" as the "Republic of Venice" and the "Republic of Genoa" had settlements on the Black Sea coasts (expecially in Crimea) during the XIV and XV Century... So there are some examples of "People from Southern Europe" (or from Turkey, I don't know...) that colonized part of nowadays Ukraine... You (and other people that I saw in Ukraine) look like a girl from Southern Europe... If nobody had told me that you are Ukrainian, I would say that you are maybe Portuguese, maybe Spanish, maybe Italian, maybe Greek... :-) Ciao !
Vlad K
You shoud've choose some native speaker for this video.
K.VIT. ART
Oleg Kindzer
Tobias Wellner
Tobias Wellner
