Hervanta has large student community with approximately 4,500 students of whom many study in the Tampere University of Technology (TUT) and the Police College. Approximately 10% of Hervanta's population are foreigners that come from 75 different countries.

you guys are just proving my point, yes compared to other cities in Finland hervanta isnt the best (not the worst either) but i have actually been to a favela, and literally anyone there would probably kill to get a chance to live in hervanta. its not a ghetto in anything except jokes.
