I have a question : when l practice dhikr and leave everything behind i feel something refering to peace and calmness and I feel flow of energy within me but iam afraid this might be kundalini enery . Alot of authors warn us to be careful when using this energy for fearing of damaging any body part .. if so , how can l treat with this energy and avoid such hazards ??? Thank you❤

Not the whole point of Islam is to advance consciousness like c'mon! There are many many goals of the religion we must not say things that are so big in a bad way, especially that you have people who do watch you.
This guy is intellectually dishonest...... he is marketing eastern Dharmic philosophy but coating it with Islam....... at least be honest to yourself..... the prophet life itself would give you an idea of what Islam is about.....
Perhaps if you could posit a specific intellectual point or position, it could be discussed and we could all benefit while moving closer to the truth. Simply making a broad and accusatory generalization is misleading at best, and slanderous at worst.
