Great song, Great band.. Epic songs: Turn on your Receiver.. Woke Up This Morning.. Holy Roller.. Razamanaz..
Caramba como a voz de Dan e os instrumentos desta banda se encaixam tão,curto Nazareth desde os meu treze anos , é a melhor de todas as bandas.
Nazareth fans are hard core, but outside of their fan base, these guys are criminally underrated. Definitely dive into more from them - "No Mean City", "Expect No Mercy", "Razamanaz", and they do an amazing cover of "The Ballad of Hollis Brown".
Perfecto Man
Nazareth was a good band I still listen to them and I'll be dead by the time I stop thanks for playing it
My fave album. Love the boys from Scotland. Hardest working rock band that ever toured. Vocals are the best part. Danny McCafferty.
One of the first concerts I attended was Nazareth in 1975 in Milwaukee. It was the 'Hair of the Dog' tour and they were so effen good that I HAD to see them live in 1976! And yes! They played this and it was so much better in concert!! 🎼🎤🎸🎶
The live version is even better
Agreed, one of the few instances of a live recording being superior
Agree - but I think the first experience of a song should always be the original version.
Oh, it was when I saw them in 1976!!
Power music Man great song NAZARETH Crazy Sound
I haven't heard this in probably over 40 years.❤
Listen to the other side. Lift the Lid, Vancouver Shakedown and You’re the Violin! Trust me!
Outstanding that you have reacted to "Telegram", one of my requests from awhile back. Nazareth would open their shows in the late 70's with this jammer to get the crowd fired up.. It's a 4 part jam about being on the road and all the preparations that goes on before the show begins.. Thanks very much.. love it!.
One of the best albums and album covers ever .
I have to confess that this is my first time hearing this song from Nazareth though I’m familiar with their music. This is incredible!! Thanks for reacting to this and introducing me to another great Nazareth song 🤘🏼
The instrument you were wondering about is a Moog Synthesizer.
Great song from a great band, Chod. In the bridge there, Nazareth samples a bit of The Byrds' 1967 hit "So You Want to be a Rock and Roll Star." A few of my favorite tunes from this fine band from Scotland are "Broken Down Angel" and "Bad Bad Boy" from their third album, 1973's "Razamanaz" and "This Flight Tonight" (a big hit single in the UK), from their fourth album, also from 1973, "Loud 'n' Proud."
Great band. Great reaction
One of my favorite bands growing up Deep dive worth doing
Это лучшая их рок- хит песня !!!
Fantastic and Rockin' 🎸 album every song is a must , definitely check out " Lift The Lid " it's absolute 🔥 Fire!! from their Close Enough For Rock and Roll 1976 album / and also their song " Changing Times " from their Hair Of The Dog album 1975 another super fire song . Highly recommend these 2 electrifying Rock classics. Great reaction to this excellent song.
Muito bom valeuuu ótimas sugestões
OH MY GOD! I can't believe you did this song and not the live version from Vancouver. It's really one of the great live songs ever!!! That performance is EPIC!!!! What a shame you didn't know!
My goodness young man , you're bringing back some incredible memories for my generation , early seventies England,👍👍👍👍👍👍🔥🔥🇬🇧
Nazareth Play N The Game was my favorite album. Every song was bluesy and hard. Check it out
My favorite.
Great album! Not a bad song on it.
First, sorry for the bad English. I see the two parts of this song as interconnected by message. In the first part the madness that precedes the show, in the second (after the transition) calmer, where they are already in their comfort lines, singing and sharing their lives with the public. I even love the lyrics, I think it could easily be an anthem for bands in general as it relates their daily lives so well.
Nazareth came from the same town of Dunfermline in Scotland as the skids and Big Country
seen them twice once with lyrnd skinnier and once with ACDCamazing band
A Moog synthesizer is what I think you are hearing.
I was scrolling looking to see if someone answer his questioned. I was also wondering what the instrument was. Glad you answered it.
It is
I fkn Love this sh*t!!!!
Mr Dan Mc Cafferty and Mr Manuel Charlton are so missed.
❤❤Nazereth❤❤

I've put together a playlist of 125 songs from these absolute legends. "The Essential Playlist".
There be gold in them hills 👌

#1 Rock Opera
Came to Van every summer.Nice!😃🇨🇦
No questiooonsss hehehe you roadie again
The ballad of hollis brown
Nasty bassline
Trooper.
Google the band.
Enjoy.
I saw them open with it in the early 80's. The studio version doesn't do justice to the power this band could muster.
