      Warmer temps just mean you can have bread sooner-less time to proof 😉 You're welcome! 💐

    Just for your info, Kitchen Aid recommends using the dough hook no higher than speed 2. I think it puts a strain on the motor. The bread looks great. More bread recipes please! 😊

      Oh, thanks for the tip!! I made brioche a few months back in my KitchenAid on speed 6 following The Flavor Bender's recipe (bread was very good!), but it was a huge strain on my mixer. Won't be repeating that method again haha 😅
      And thank you! I have another yeasted dough recipe coming out this week and hope to have more in the future-keep an eye out for my YT shorts :)

    Get you a spray bottle and put your oil in it so you can spray on plastic so not to get your hands oily 🤪👍👌👋💘🌼

    Amazing! Do you think I can sub whole wheat flour?

    • @FloralApronBlog
      @FloralApronBlog  Před 2 lety +1

      You could probably sub up to half whole wheat (WW) flour for the all purpose flour without changing the texture too much. WW tends to soak up more water, so keep an eye on the consistency. If you think it seems dry when kneading, it probably is, so add a smidge more water.
      Any more than 50% WW will likely need some additional gluten to keep it fluffy, which I haven't played around with yet. Let me know how it goes if you try it! 😊
