    NO COMMENTS?!?! Great progress shown here, thank you guys! About to go use this to warmup for my snatch workout, I've been slow under the bar so this should help me speed up!:)

    Awesome video. I’ve been introduced to clean, jerk and snatch by my PT couple of months ago. I am 48 by the way. Interesting enough I have no probs with clean and jerk whereas my snatch sucks. I find the technique very difficult. Something always goes wrong... anyways I guess doing it from high hang position will help to improve my snatch technique because it shortens the distance.

    The video (quick side view) cuts on each of the second snatches were not at all helpful, and actually rendered the second examples useless. Would have been much better to put in a second front view and then a third full side view. And slow motion on each would be even more helpful. Thanks!
