Our family miss the Halal Guys when we were in NYC a couple of weeks ago. We stay in NJ and cost us $55 ($15 tunnel/$40 parking) everyday to go to NYC. Good grubbing and God bless!

Enjoyed the video JL. I’ve been going to the Halal Bros for 15 years. They have 7-8 carts, 3 of them to prep and 4-5 of them on other corners all owned by the same family. That’s the local trick, go to one of the other carts with the same Hala Bros labeling in the area so you don’t have to wait. It’s the same. Also they toned down the hot sauce the last few years to make it more appealing to tourist.

What exactly is the white sauce composed of? If it's mayo based I wouldn't be a fan, but I enjoy hot sauce and spicy foods. I'd probably go with the hot sauce and the chicken/lamb combo sounds so delish😋😋😋
NYC I’ve traveled there so many times I’ve got family out there and also in the New Jersey orange county area.Since I don’t eat meat anymore for a long time now I do eat falafel. I love spicy things as well. I like that, Patience is a virtue most definitely but impatient people don’t know this value. 😂 Oh my God! Did you just say rice? I use to deliver for the Chi fila on 6th Ave even at 2 AM the line be long as hell. It’s well worth it. I get the platter with the white sauce and a nickel size drop of hot sauce. The best ever.

Dicostanza used to be at good store but they started making lettuce sandwiches nothing but lettuce not onions and a lot of tomatoes people stop going to dicostanza years ago but they do make good hoagies I don't eat pork. I don't eat meat now also.
